2 Established in 2009, Penn Fusion SA (450 players) has quickly become one of the Nation s Elite soccer organizations. PFSA focuses on providing a professional environment for elite players to develop and compete in the highest level of soccer available, both regionally and nationally. The leader in PA player development, combines a top notch coaching staff, professional organization, innovative player development structure with a focus on college placement, and possesses an array of some of the best club maintained fields and facilities in the area to create a great soccer environment for our players to progress in. Established in 1976, WCUSC (3000+ players) has history of excellence in Programming, Zone 1 (U6-U12 age groups), Recreation Leagues, Adult Leagues, and Coach Development.. 7 LEVELS OF PLAY U08-U12 ELITE Elite Our ELITE teams will be geared towards preparing players for our ECNL & NPL program in the future. A focus on coaching excellence and refining our renowned Penn Fusion style of play which will incorporate 3 training sessions a week, along with a competitive league/tournament schedule. PREDATORS Premier Our PREDATORS teams will focus on a nurturing player centered environment that develops a sound technical & tactical foundation preparing our players for the next level with a tri-state league and tournament schedule with a 10 month competitive calendar schedule. UNITED EAGLES A/B Level Our UNITED & EAGLES teams will focus on a nurturing player centered environment that develops a sound technical & tactical foundation preparing our players for the next level with a local league and tournament schedule with a 10 month competitive calendar schedule

8 LEVELS OF PLAY U13-U19 ECNL Elite Our ECNL program focuses on college placement and competing at the highest level in the nation. With a rich history as PA s premier girls college placement program and pathway to US Youth National Teams, there is not better home for Elite girls than the #1 Girls Program in PA. 3-4 sessions per week. NPL Premier Our NPL program focuses on college placement and competing on a National & Regional level with a competitive NPL League & Showcase/Tournament schedule. 2-3 Sessions per week. UNITED EAGLES A/B Level Our UNITED & EAGLES levels will focus on a quality training environment and local/tri-state area competitive league and tournament schedule. 2 sessions per week.

11 Additional Notes Evaluation of age groups & players by birth year will be a process we focus on over next few months: age group/team meetings, pre-tryout age group play days (internal / external players invited) -> open door mentality Final decisions will depend on try-outs, no final decisions prior to official try-out in spring.. We will not consider individual situations based on players/teams preferences: one country/one rule one club/one rule Trapped 8 th graders: we will create solutions internally (training/tournaments) and externally with leagues to allow development opportunities for fall seasons don t panic, we are not alone, means solutions will be found!
