2 Introduction & Contents Thank you for considering a Shedlands Garden Building. All our buildings are made in Yorkshire, England. They are produced using only the finest Scandinavian Pine, obtained from managed forests of Northern Finland and Sweden. The timber is firstly kiln dried, grade selected and then cut to length. Our buildings are entirely made from timber, there is no Chipboard, MDF or any other particle board. From the roof to the floor to the walls, all the cladding is premium grade softwood pine. Right from the first moment you view a Shedlands Garden Building, the quality is apparent. We give every building personal attention to detail from design through to build and then on to completion. Included in our excellent range of quality garden buildings are; Quality Garden Sheds providing durability and security for your garden storage and a haven for the avid gardener. With full roof height, good door heights and a double door option, plenty of floor support and ample interior framing to provide years of brilliant rigidity and a long life when looked after and cared for. Sanctuary Summer Houses with floor to ceiling and doors allowing a glorious view of your garden from a cosy interior, somewhere to sit and relax, away from the TV, telephone and hum drum of the house. Enjoy a snug winter s day protected from the winter chill or fling the doors back and take in the shaded sunshine of a high mid summer evening. These buildings can be used for many garden applications from a hot tub canopy to an exterior dining room for entertaining in the hot Summer BBQ months. To ensure longevity we recommend a top coat upon installation, and annually thereafter. Timber is a natural product, subject to changes caused by environmental conditions, to minimise contraction and expansion it is essential to maintain your building. Please ensure you understand the requirements of a base for your building and overall size prior to ordering (all Shedlands Garden Buildings are made to imperial sizes) take into account roof overhangs when fitting your garden building in a confined space. And always consider access, these buildings are constructed from large panels, they are definitely not flat packed. Make your retailer aware of any awkward access issues.
