(Rs.) 1 Supplying and erecting full height opaque partitions (upto 2500 mm height) as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications : well seasoned sal wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, 60 mm wide x 40 mm (minimum) at maximum 600mm horizontal or vertical spacings as per site conditions. Vertical members shall be suitably anchored at ceiling level to ensure rigidity. Exposed members shall be finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades, over single layer 6 mm BWR grade plywood facing including 4x4 mm grooves at locations as per instruction. skin membrane : (solid portion upto 900 mm from floor level and from 2100 mm to ceiling with double layer (6 mm + 4 mm) thick BWR grade plywood on each face, with 4 x 4 mm. grooves formed at the top layer as per drawings/ instructions. finishing 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades as per instructions. skirting : 100 mm high x 12 mm thick polished steam beech wood skirting on both faces, with NC lacquer in mat finish. glazing : 8 mm. thick clear float glass fixed with continuous steam beech wood glazing beads of approved shape (finished 35 x 25 mm) all round, polished and coated with NC lacquer finish. The rate should also include cost for decorative etching on one side of the glass. 2 Double layer (6 mm + 4 mm.) thick BWR grade plywood with 4 x 4 mm. grooves formed at the top layer as per drawing/instructions. finishing 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades as per instructions. edge moulds : All free top/end surfaces shall have polished steam beech wood moulds of approved shape ( from 80 x 25 mm sections) with NC lacquer in mat finish. skirting : 100 mm high x 12 mm thick polished steam beech wood skirting with NC lacquer finish. 4 Providing and erecting in position Cash Work Station comprising of clerical workstation of approx.size 1370 x 900 x 750 mm inclusive of a 1100 mm high, 300 mm wide customer writing top finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade and quality, fixed with chemical adhesive; exposed surfaces of block board are to be provided with 6 mm thick polished steam beech wood lipping. The workstations shall be supported from the partition system and made of 19 mm thick BWR garde block board finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet including inner faces. Free edges shall have steam beech wood mouldings of half-round profile as per drawings and instructions. The drawers and corresponding area of modesty panel (front facia) are to be cladded with 14 S.W.G M.S sheet, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and brand over a coat of approved steel primer. Each cash work station shall comprise of the following : Drawer unit having readymade stationery drawer of engineering plastic (SD 3036/ INNOFITT SYSTEMS or similar) ; Tea tray at top ; Cash drawers with approved telescopic channels for drawer - slides, automatic locks (keys in duplicate) and other necceary hardware and accssories including satin finish S.S handles of approved quality ; Readymade CPU holder with swivel facility (CPU HL SW / INNOFITT SYSTEMS or similar) The front of the cash counters shall have 12 mm thick clear float glass in two pieces at sides with polished steam beech wood glazing beads as per instructions and drawings. Rate to include cost of preparing a dummy sample for final acceptance by the users. 5 Providing and fixing in position readymade anodized aluminum grill of approved design and quality over cash work station fixed with sal wood frame work of approved shape, all complete as directed. 6 Providing and fixing in position notice board as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications well seasoned sal wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, minimum 50 x 25 mm, at suitable horizontal / vertical spacings not exceeding 600 mm c/c. skin membrane : 1 x 4 mm. thick BWR grade plywood over which 12 mm thick approved quality soft board cladded with fabric of approved shade and quality. edge moulding : All free edges shall have plished 2nd class teak wood moulds of approved shape (finished 50 x 25 mm sectons) with N.C lacquer in mat finish. 7 Providing and fixing glazed door shutter made of 40mm thick well seasoned first class teak wood for stiles and rails, with 12 mm thick clear float glass, necessary hardware fixtures of approved make and design, e.g. brass hinges, brass tower bolt, stainless steel decorative tubular handle (Dorset or equivalent approx. 300 mm long) on both faces, complete as per instructions. 3 8 Supplying and fixing in position 37 mm thick door shutter made of 15 mm \ thick well seasoned second class teak wood planks with double layer ( 6 mm + 4 mm thick) BWR grade plywood finished wirth 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet (without joints) of approved quality on both sides of the door shutter upto 900 mm from floor level. The upper portion of the shutter is to be provided with 6 mm thick clear float glass Sft. 21 fixed with polished steam beech wood glazing beads of approved design, complete as per drawing. Rate to include cost of hardware fittings e.g. mortice locks, brass hinges, door handels etc. of approved make and quality. The exposed timber surfaces are to be polished in approved colour and finishing the same with N.C lacquer in mat satin finish. 9 Providing and erecting in position low/full height storage cabinet made of 19 mm thick BWR grade blockboard as per drawing including intermediate shelves, lockable shutters, etc. conforming to the following specifications : Shutter faces shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades as per instructions with polished steam beech wood (6 mm thick) edge lippings. Inner faces of cabinet including shutters shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer. Shutters will be hung by auto-closing hinges of Ebco or equivalent Locks, magnetic door catcher and satin fihished S.S handles etc. will be approved variety & make. (Payment shall be on the area of cabinet face) Maximum 400 mm deep x 2500 mm high (max.) Sft False Ceiling Providing & fixing in position false ceiling in Armstrong Sft x600x15/16mm dune supreme RH 99 prima tile with Tegular edge Frame work as specified by armstong Co. with suspenders whenever required. Making necessary framework for A.C. duction if any, and Necessary cutouts for diffusers and light fittings, tapping and finishing to proper line & level, including making grooves and trap doors for A.C. unit in 18mm thick M.R. grade plywood with stailess steel hings & locks with Moulding 1 x1 for edges including finishing with white plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in qall respects. (Rs.) 11 Providing and erecting in position, free - standing table as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications : basic structure of 19 mm thick BWR grade block board for sides, top and modesty panel, finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade and make including inner faces. drawer-cum-cabinet unit of approximate overall size of 400 x 500 x 600 mm ( w x d x h) of 19 mm thick BWR grade block board and 12/6 mm thick BWR grade plywood. The drawer unit shall comprise of one tea-tray, one raedymade stationery drawer of engineering plastic ( SD 3036/ INNOFITT SYSTEMS or similar) and one cabinet with inner faces polished in approved shade. The drawer unit shall be finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade including inner faces of cabinet shutters. Readymade keyboard drawer of engineering plastic ( KD 575. Exposed block board surfaces shall be finished with 1.00 mm laminate sheet of approved shade and make. Inner faces of sliding shutters shall be polished in approved colour. Free edges of block board shall have polished steam beech wood half round moulds ( out of 20 x 20 mm sections). Inner faces of cabinet units shall be polished in approved shade Quoted rates shall include cost of necessary hardware, viz. handles, locks with keys in duplicate, etc. Rft. 27.5

5 13 Supplying and erecting running table 750 mm deep and 750mm high including drawer-cum- cabinet unit for files, space for CPU or computer, modesty panel, tea tray etc. made with 19 mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded block board on top and supporting sides with necessary well seasoned Malayasian sal wood frame work, finished on top and sides with 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved shade and quality, supported on 19 mm thick B.W.R grade block board including providing and fixing 450 mm long powder coated steel key board tray (with mouse tray) of approved shade. Work shall include 3 sets of drawer units, keyboard drawer and CPU holders similar to that of other workstations including finishing, hardware and accessories at each of the work station. The keyboard is to be suspended from the table top, all complete as in drawing. All exposed edges of block board are to be provided with half round steam beech wood mouldings, duly polished. Inner faces of wooden/block boardsurfaces are to be finished with minimum two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer. Rate to include charges for brass hardware fittings as well as fixtures like sliding gear for drawers of Earl Behari of similar approved make. Rft Supplying and erecting cheque drop box (overall size 450 mm x 300 mm x 750 mm) made of 19mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded plyboard and the curved portion at top made out of 90 mm x 90 mm C.P teak wood section. A slit opening of 10 mm x 150 mm is to be provided at the top of the box. An openable shutter of 259 mm x 262 mm size made of 19 mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded block board is to be provided at 1.50 mm above finished floor level. All the exposed timber surfaces including all free edges are to be finished with 1 mm thick laminate sheet of combination shade.inner faces of block board surfaces are to be finished with minimum two coats of synthetic enamal paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer. Rate to include cost of necessary hardware fittings e.g. brass hinges, lock, knob etc. of approved design and quality.
