3 In 2009, CRS introduced their first Rotainer (H.D) to the Global market. It was commissioned for D.P World, Port Adelaide, Australia, in Initially its primary role was loading parcels of approximately 70,000 tonnes of Iron Ore. Automated lid lifting followed not long after with the introduction of our fully sealed system copper concentrate handling system for Oz Minerals. Since then, we have progressed to other commodities and now have many successful installations locations around the World. We have expanded our product portfolio to include 4 models of container rotators, 2 models of bulk ore containers, lid lifting systems, static container tipplers and a complete range of container handling accessories. CRS is currently the only one stop solution for rotational containerised bulk handling equipment. Our 35 years experience in the Mining and Shipping industry allow us to provide our valued clients with the latest in technology to provide World Best Practice 'and environmentally friendly container rotation. 4 H.D The Rotainer H.D (heavy duty) is our signature machine. It is best suited to Ship to Shore Cranes or larger Mobile Harbour Cranes Rated to 38,400kgs WLL (working Load Limit) with a rotational speed of 15 seconds for the 360 degree rotation, arguably makes the Rotainer H.D one of the most productive units on the Global Market. Fully electronically managed and designed for low maintenance guarantees our clients a cost effective, highly productive container rotator system. Page 4

5 The Rotainer R.S is the World first 3 in 1 Container Rotation system. It can be easily connected to Ship to Shore, mobile and large hydraulic cranes and reach stackers. WLL is 38,400kgs with 180 degree rotation achieved by our specially designed hydraulic crank system. Powered by a small Diesel Engine with remote control enables this unit to be a quick release attachment to value add any container handling facilities where medium volumes of bulk commodities are handled. Lid lifting is available as an optional extra. Page 5

As standard, it has a maximum lifting capacity of 28,000kgs with the option of 30,000kgs for a small increase in your initial investment. 180 degrees rotation is achieved by our unique hydraulic ram & crank drive system makes this unit perfect for smaller applications where traditional half height containers are to be used. Self powered by a small Diesel engine with hand held remote control provides all the functionality as seen on all our bigger units. 8 All Rotorcon Containers are BK2 Compliant The Rotorcon series of bulk ore containers have been specifically designed for the container rotation industry. The unique design eliminates the need for internal X bracing or external supports from the tippler frame. Fully certified and heavy duty. Rotorcon containers come with a variety of lids that meet all international shipping standards. All of our containers are CSC rated and BK2 compliant. Rotorcon containers are available from 1600mm to 2900mm in height and all are rated to 35,000kg capacity as standard. The 1900mm is specifically design for the copper concentrate industry. Its unique internal lining eliminates the need for dust reduction systems such as water misting. Page 8

9 During CRS s initial container design, it was highlighted that no two bulk products have the same angle of repose, especially when it comes to concentrates. Product hang-up and carry back is an industry problem especially where traditional half height containers where square corners or slightly angled side walls are used. To allow our customers to future proof their container investment, we took a different approach in design. CRS used their vast mining equipment experience to come up with a new approach to bulk ore container design. With its multi angled internal wall system and high centre of mass, the Rotorcon container can be rotated with minimal input energy which in-turn reduces C.P.R. (cost per rotation) A smooth and controlled pour (not a tip) reduces impact on receival bins or in ships hold and further reduces wear on the internal coatings. Another plus is our maintenance free lid sealing systems. No rubber seals or gaskets means no maintenance. Rotorcon containers comply with statutorily regulations in regards to sealing and moisture ingress. Page 9

10 Another unique Innovation from the CRS Team is our automated Lid Lifting System, first introduced to the Global market in It has proven to be fast, reliable and efficient, raising and lowering the lid in less that 10 seconds per cycle with the option to unlock the lids from the container. 14 Asset Management! The Rotainer Asset Management Software Package is fully integrated with our onboard computer management systems will allow each Rotainer to track containers as they are loaded. The crane operator must first specify which hold of the ship is currently being loaded after which the tracking of containers is automatic. As each container is lifted by the Rotainer an RFID reader scans the container and retrieves the container serial number, material grade and weight*. The software then tracks the location of the container as product is transferred to the ship allowing the crane operator to see in real-time the amount and distribution of material in the ship. In addition the software also timestamps each container and logs the information to a database which will allow tracking of individual containers to last known location. *Container weight and material grade are determined at the mine site and the information stored in the RFID Tag on the container.
