7 THE MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION TEAM We are known in the market for our Ethical Promotion and Co-operative trade relations.we have an efficient distribution network through out Kinshasa and in selected Upcountry towns (Sub-Agents). Our strength is our Marketing Team of 22 Local Medical Representatives (Pharmacists) and 5 Sales Representatives designated as exclusive teams for various companies. We take pride in marketing & distributing superior quality products of our partners across D.R. Congo. Our unique blend of sales & marketing proficiency has a stable platform to produce long term commitment with clients resulting in mutual satisfaction.

8 INFRASTRUCTURE Our Pharma Depot, approved by Ministry of Health, is located in the main Pharmaceutical market of Kinshasa and has an area of 2000 sqft with facilities for display, counter sale, room for delivery, office space for Pharmacists, Accountants and Administrative staff. Our Central Ware House, approved by Ministry of Health, is securely located within the 1km distance from the main pharmaceutical market with an area of 2500sqft. We have established arrangements with local depots in the interior part of the country of D. R. Congo for distributing our products. We have our own vehicles to transport goods from Warehouse to various Depot customers and deliveries to customer s premises. Goods are delivered to destinations within 24 hours of order receipt. We have established our own branches/ associate offices in Kikwit and Lubumbashi and associate representatives in Matadi and Mbuji Mayi.

9 DISTRIBUTION NETWORK: Our major operations are focused in Kinshasa. GAP's business network has grown to interior commercial cities including Matadi & Kikwit. We are in the process of establishing a distribution network in major interior markets through local wholesalers. We have our own fleet of vehicles with dedicated personal to carry out the distribution across Kinshasa. Our Corporate Office with an area of 1500 sq.ft is well equipped with all modern facilities.
