7 Course Structure Managerial Accounting During 15 weeks, this course will include the instruction of ten textbook chapters that encompass the course learning objectives. Depending upon the chapter coverage, the length of time expected for you to learn and demonstrate your understanding of the course material will vary by chapter. Students are expected to keep track of the course requirements and their respective due dates that are located on the Course Schedule located under the BLACKBOARD COURSE INFORMATION folder.

8 Important Notes to Remember All course requirements are due at 11:59 PM EDT on the date provided on the Requirement Schedule. In fairness to the students who submit the requirements on time, neither extensions nor extra credit is available. No credit will be provided for assignments submitted after the solution has been posted made available to the students.

9 Succeeding in this Course In addition to completing the course requirements, there are some tips that I would strongly suggest. Always: *Stay organized on using the COURSE MATERIALS and Course Schedule. Some students keep a binder separating the weeks and/or chapters. *Print and save to your desktop the Syllabus and the Requirement Schedule. *Stay on schedule: once you start to fall behind with respect to the learning activities and requirements, it is very difficult to catch-up. Point deductions for late submissions may adversely effect on your grade. *Stay current by checking NSCC and course Announcements at least once every 24 hours.
