2 Before you make a decision to reserve a property we are marketing as available to rent, it is important to be aware of the fees that will become payable, should you apply for a tenancy. The tables below list administration, referencing, guarantor and other applicable fees. These are paid in addition to any rental and deposit payments which are due under the tenancy agreement. Tenant Deposit The deposit is typically the equivalent to six weeks rent, (calculated by multiplying the monthly rent by 12, dividing by 52 and multiplying by 6), which must be paid prior at the start of the tenancy. This is subject to referencing and, if the referencing criteria is not met a landlord may require a higher deposit. Further details will be provided under those circumstances.
