Install junction box(es) - The junction box should be regressed as shown to make sure that the cover sits flush with the ceiling when install is finished. 2. Individual and Beginning of Run () Install: LED Junction Box Feed On-center length per above Hanging to suspension cable - Push down plunger and insert cable. Adjust and level fixture in the same manner. Feed Power cord Feed (/Individual) Strain relief bushing (Individual) or ( joining )

2 3. Hang : 4. Connect Power: pg 2 of 7 Feed Continuous Row Power Supply Harnesses Single hanger on (MOR shown here). Typically non-feed. Hang to suspension cable as detailed in Item 2. Connect power to previous tray via power supply harness. 5. Align & join: 6. Secure fixtures/joint: Reflector cutout panels B up reflector cutout panels as shown to expose joining hardware. Align (4) pins & press fit fixtures together 6. Secure fixtures/joint (continued): C) Rect. cutouts Through rect. cutouts in reflectors, locate (2) #8x2 combo screws installed loosely in joining brackets. C) Drive (1) combo screw diagonally downward into hole in opposite hanger bracket without tightening. Drive second screw diagonally downward into hole in opposite hanger bracket without tightening. Tighten both screws fully in turn to pull together & secure fixtures. D) Reb down reflector cutout panels D) REPEAT STEPS 3-6 FOR EACH FIXURE IN ROW #8 x 2 combo screws AMX P/N Drive screw through hole. Hairline

Reflector Removal: (only required to access driver) 8-32 x 1/4 self-tap screws AMX P/N W (4) per indirect reflector pg 3 of 7 Indirect reflector Driver Driver tray #8 pal nut AMX P/N (2) per driver WARNING: Electrostatic and polarity sensitive device. Use caution while handling and wiring. 1.) LED Fixture: Consult Amerlux for LED maintenance. 2.) LED Replacement: For LED board replacement reference Instruction Sheet. 3.) Driver maintenance: Drivers are located on tray beneath indirect reflectors, (1) driver per tray, secured by (2) #8 pal nuts. Remove the reflector mounting screws to access. For programmable driver replacement please specify: Manufacturer, Model No. and Current Setting ( m. For drivers with external resistors, keep driver resistor value during driver maintenance or replacement. See Wiring Schematic for more details. Secure fixtures/joint: 8-32 x 1/4 self -tap screw AMX P/N Remove 8-32 x 1/4 screws from reflector s as shown, (2) per reflector. B up reflector s as shown to expose joining hardware. Secure fixtures/joint (continued): D) C) Locate (2) #8 x 2 combo screws installed loosely in joing brackets D) Drive (1) combo screw diagonally downward into hole in opposite hanger bracket without tightening. Drive second screw diagonally downward into hole in opposite hanger bracket without tightening. Tighten both screws fully in turn to pull together & secure fixtures. Magnetic screwdriver recommed. E) Re-b down reflector s & re-install (4) 8-32 screws to secure C) E) REPEAT STEPS 3-6 FOR EACH FIXURE IN ROW #8 x 2 combo screws AMX P/N Drive screw through hole. Hairline

6 7. Lamping and ballast access: pg 6 of 7 WARNING: Make sure to disconnect all electrical connections before relamping or servicing 1.) Install correct lamps. See relamping label on reflector for the correct wattage. 2.) Ballast maintenance: Ballasts are mounted on the underside of the upper reflector tray or on a bracket located beneath the upper tray. Remove reflector screws as shown below to access x 1/4 self-tap screws AMX P/N varying quantity per reflector Ballast Reflector 8 pal nut AMX P/N (2) per ballast 8-32 x self-tap screws AMX P/N (2) per ballast MAKE SURE TO DISCONNECT ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS BEFORE SERVICING

7 pg 7 of 7 LIGHT LEAK PROTECTOR Amerlux P/N (2) Matte white/mylar silver patches per bagged kit, (2) bagged kits per fixture INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Peel-off protective film. 2. Bring light leak protector to housing seam (long side is vertical). 3. Attach protector to fixture seam from inside housing, mylar silver side down. Start applying from bottom, working up. Try to keep seam on the protector center line. 4. Repeat procedure for opposite side of direct seam. 5. Repoeat procedure for both sides of indirect seam. MAKE SURE TO DISCONNECT ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS BEFORE SERVICING
