16 Cancellation Policy Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the first day of a course and five days prior to the first day of a webinar are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions are liable for a 50 percent cancellation fee. You may make substitutions at any time.
