Course 1: The Basics of Prologue, teaches the basics for accessing and navigating Prologue application administrator, as well as how to safeguard your customer data. Course 2: Maintaining Users and Groups, teaches you how to set up users and groups, and how to assign security permissions, general ledger account restrictions, and multi-company permissions. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the first day of a course and five days prior to the first day of a webinar are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions are liable for a 50 percent cancellation fee. You may make substitutions at any time. Fiserv reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course with a 14-day notice and to cancel a scheduled webinar with a five-day notice to registrants. If a course or webinar is canceled for any reason, Fiserv liability is limited to the fee only.
