A: Tables and chairs will be limited, please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. Q: What if my credit card was declined, am I registered and eligible to win? A: No, if your credit card was declined or your check was returned for non sufficient funds, you are not registered and therefore not eligible for the Treasure on the Mountain Raffle prizes. Q: Is Smoking or Drinking Allowed? A: Smoking is allowed on the raffle grounds. Beverage gardens will be set up in legal proximity to the raffle grounds. Please note: No glass containers allowed on the raffle grounds. Q: Do I need to be present for the drawing? A: No, you will be notified if you have won via and/or phone by August 10,

2 2011. If you did not provide a phone number or address on your ticket stub, you will be notified by USPS. If you are notified by USPS, you may or may not receive notification by August 10, Q: Will the results be posted on the Internet? A: Yes, the unofficial list of winners will be posted on the website at as the numbers are drawn. Official results will be posted within 3 business days proceeding the dispute period deadline of August 12, Q: Where do I collect Firearms? A: All firearms will be picked up at Valley Trading Post in Valley Bend, WV. All firearm winners will be subject to a background check. Firearms will not be available the day of the event. A: Yes, you have the option to receive cash as your prize equal to 50% of the recommended dealer s MSRP. Q: Where do I collect my automobile or ATV? A: Once you are notified that you are a winner, you will be provided with the location of where to pick up your vehicle, ATV, etc. All suppliers of vehicles, motorcycles and ATV s are located within a 200 mile radius of Snowshoe Mountain, West Virginia. All expenses to pick up your prize are the

3 responsibility of the winner. Original signatures are required on W9 s or W2G s in advance of picking up or receiving any prize. All applicable federal taxes must be paid to the Snowshoe Foundation prior to taking possession of the automobile or ATV, etc. Q: How long do I have to collect my prize? A: You have 15 days, from the posting of the Officials Results. Official results will be available three days proceeding the dispute date of August 12, Q: Is camping available? A: Camping is available at Whitaker Campground in Cass, WV ; Watoga State Park Campground in Seebert, WV Limited RV parking is available at Silver Creek by calling Q: What is the dress for the Treasure on the Mountain event? A: The Treasure on the Mountain event is an outdoor event on a ski slope so, casual dress is recommended. Please check the weather forecast prior to arrival and dress appropriately. Q: What is the location of the Raffle Grounds? A: Raffle grounds are on Skidder Slope, adjacent to the Village at Snowshoe Mountain. Bring lawn chairs and/or blankets for seating. The Main gate is located between Signatures Retail Shop and Cheat Mountain Pizza.

4 Q: Itinerary August 6 Treasure on the Mountain A: 1:00 3:00 p.m. Music Skidder Stage 12:00 8:00 p.m. Village Activities may include, but not limited to children s bounce, Eurobungy, rock climbing wall sponsored Snowshoe Mountain. 3:00 7:00 p.m. Treasure on the Mountain Raffle on Skidder Slope from Skidder Stage. Q: Will there be food and drinks? A: Food and non alcoholic beverages will be available free of charge on the raffle grounds to ticket holders and their paid guest by showing an entrance wrist band. Q: Will side raffles be offered the day of the event on the Raffle Grounds? A: Yes, side raffles and 50/50 s will be available on the Raffle Grounds. Q: Are children permitted on the Raffle Grounds? A: No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the Raffle Grounds, this includes food vendor staffing. Q: How do I claim a prize?

5 A: If you are in attendance of the event, come to the stage and you will be given directions on how to claim your prize. You will be asked to produce your ticket stub and to provide identification. If you are not present, you will be notified of your win and you will have 15 days to claim your prize by either calling (304) or sending an to Q: Is weather a factor in holding the event? A: No, the event will be held rain or shine, however there may be delays or relocation of the number/drawing equipment. Q: Will tickets will be available the day of the event? A: Any unsold tickets will be available on the day of the event at the main entrance of the raffle grounds at The Depot. Q: When is the deadline for online ticket purchases? A. Any remaining tickets may be purchased online until August 5, 2010 midnight. All Tickets purchased after July 30th, will be available for pickup at the Will Call Box at the main entrance to the raffle grounds if you are attending the event. If you are not attending the event your ticket/tickets will be mailed to the address provided.

6 Q: When is the deadline for phone and orders? A. Phone and orders will be taken until tickets are sold out up to and on the day of the event; however sales will not be finalized until any credit card charges or checks have been cleared. All Tickets purchased by phone or after July 30th, will be available for pickup at the Will Call box at the main entrance to the raffle grounds. Q: Are Treasure on the Mountain Ticket holders and guests permitted on and off the Raffle Grounds? A: Yes, your wrist band will allow you to move around the resort freely. Q: Will winning raffle numbers be announced? A: Yes, audio speakers will be set up on the raffle grounds and on the Village Stage along with a results board. Q: Where can I find the Results Boards? A: We will have two Results Boards; one will be located on the Raffle Grounds on Skidder Slope and one will be located on the Village Stage - Village Central, for your convenience.

7 Q: Are results official the day of the event? A: No. Official Results will not be available until August 20, 2010 preceding the deadline for disputes which must be in writing to by August 12, Q: How can I lodge a dispute? A: Disputes may be lodged by ing in writing to treasure@snowshoemtn.com no later than August 12, Q: Am I limited to the number of guests that I can bring with me? A: Yes, only one guest is permitted for each Treasure on the Mountain Ticket held. A $25 guest fee is payable at entrance gate to the Raffle Grounds.
