2 Argentine Style Grills Bear Series Argentine Style Grill These Argentine style grills feature heavy duty 3/16" steel construction, a rear brazero, our signature wheel, and a traditional sloped Argentine style angle iron grill grate with drip pan to avoid flareups. The traditional brick lined floor retains heat and protects the firebox floor. (Bricks not included.) Bear Series Dimensions: Baby Bear Argentine Grill: 36.5 X 32 X 63, 350 lbs. 3 Argentine Style Grills Argentine Exhibition Grill A restaurant asked us for an Argentine Style Grill that would stand up to the harshest usage. Our response was to build their restaurant an Argentine Grill in 3/8 steel. That s almost 1/2 steel plate. Identical in design to our Bear Series Grill, our Argentine Exhibition Grills are big, heavy, and designed to last a lifetime. Available with or without a cart. It really isn t necessary to line the floor with brick when the steel plate is 3/8 thick. Dimensions: We can build these from 30X30X12 to 96X36X12 with backsplashes 18 to 36 high. We can provide this grill with a split grill configuration on any size 48 and wider. 3

7 Santa Maria Style Grills The only NSF Certified Santa Maria Grill that we re aware of. Available in 3/16 or 3/8 steel, and with or without a cart. This grill is the workhorse of the wood fired grill world. Available as a single grill in sizes of 36X24X14 to 48X24X14 and as a split grill in sizes between 48X24X14 to 84X30X14. Portable Catering Grill This grill features a 60 X 24 X 6 deep firebox and can be disassembled with all components fitting in the firebox. This 36 X 24 X 12 grill kit fits in a masonry firebox that is 48.5 X X 12. The brasero clears the firebox floor by 6 and the legs clear the floor by 4. Includes windguard on rear and left of brasero. Arg. Grill 4MFB w/rear Brasero and 3 Sided Trim This grill kit plus brasero fits in an open front firebox that is 12 deeper than the grill depth. This 36 X 24 X 12 grill kit fits in a masonry firebox that is 36.5 X 32 X 12. The brasero clears the firebox floor by 6 and the legs clear the floor by 4. Includes windguard on rear of brasero. 8

We recommend using stainless steel on the cooking surface if the grill cannot be protected from the weather, but 100% stainless steel should be reserved for environments that require it,, like salt water marine environments. 9

10 Primitive Asado Equipment Uruguayan Grill, 54 X 27.5 An Large Uruguayan Grill, designed to bring real gaucho style meats to your table. The hearth and hearth grate is used to burn wood to red hot coals which are then pushed beneath the grill grate for the best tasting barbecue. The adjustable grill angle allows for total control of the grilling temperature, and different grill temperatures to be maintained simultaneously, allowing the grill to be used for beef, pork, chicken, sausage, and sweetbreads. 14 Primitive Asado Equipment Infiernillo Our Infiernillo consists of 2 54 X 27 fire (solid) grates and 1 54 X 27 food (expanded metal) grate, and a system of brackets and slides. Pull the food grate out from between the 2 fire grates, load it with veggies and/or meat, and slide the food grate between the 2 fires. The infiernillo is repeatedly referenced and used in Francis Mallmann s book, Seven Fires. Options include steel curtains to place on 3 sides to contain heat and block wind, or a 3 foot high leg configuration (standard leg height is 5 feet) for firehouse barbecue. Buy extra sections to make a grill as long as your space allows! Firehouse Grill Ask us for a quote on the above architecture applied to a temporary firehouse grill. We can put together a grill that is 100 feet long, but can be transported in the back of a pickup truck when disassembled. 14

15 Dutch Oven Equipment Portable Dutch Oven Stand and Grill All my boys take camping with them in the deserts of California or West Texas. A Portable Dutch Oven Stand and Grill Set is designed to hold one or more Dutch ovens and/or a grill over a bed of coals. Constructed of 1/2" hot rolled steel, the hooks can be placed over a length of 32". The legs are 34" in length and fold flat for storage or transport. There are four different length hooks to allow adjustment of oven height. Two additional hooks are provided to support the grill. The grill is 11" X 16", and the height of the grill can be adjusted by chain. A lid lifter is included but the Dutch oven is not included. Dimensions: 34 X 30 X 30.
