1 Wedding invitations are the first glimpse into what your guest will experience on your special day. They should express your style as the bride and groom and make a fabulous first impression. Choosing to have a custom designed wedding invitation gives you freedom to express your inspirations and turn them into reality. Let s Get Started I. Contact me by phone { } or {pam@paperclutch.com}. We will set up a time to meet or speak; either in person (clients who live in the Thomasville, Greensboro, Winston (NC) areas or Shelby, NC), via s, or via telephone. During this meeting the goal is to get an outline of what you envision as your Stationery. The more details you can supply the better. Details can be your color scheme, theme, pictures of inspiration, bridesmaid dresses, other stationery, inspiration boards, etc. You can use the worksheet attached to organize your thoughts. I will also want to know what kinds of stationery items you need: Save the Dates, Wedding Invitations, Programs, Seating Cards, Menus, etc. along with your budget and estimated number of stationery items. II. III. IV. After the consultation you will receive a design fee bill if you choose to have a custom design created specifically for you {if you choose a pre-designed invitation skip to III}. You can pay this fee via pay pal or check. I will not begin designing your stationery until payment is received. Please see pricing chart below for design fee rates. * The design fee is nonrefundable. Think of it as a deposit, is in place to protect my work and time that I put into your design. * Once payment is received the design process will begin. You will receive two mock up designs along with several proofs before production. I will keep in contact with you throughout the design process to insure your satisfaction with the design. Upon approval of the design, I will send you a final, detailed bill along with a contract. You will need to return a signed copy of the contract along with a 50% deposit. Production of your invitation will not begin until the deposit is received. Once your order is complete you will be billed the remainder. Once your bill has been paid your order will be delivered or shipped. You can pay the order in full if you wish. Proofing and the Contract Please proof your design and wording during every tread of the design process. Once you give final written approval (signing the contract) for your design, paperclutch is not responsible for errors including typographical or formatting on the final product. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and typestyle, are the full responsibility of the client. No exceptions.

2 Pricing Any pre-designed stationery you see in the portfolio has a set price per invitation. These can be customized to fit your needs and budget. Color and word changes can be made for no additional charge. Each bride and wedding is different; therefore, there are no set prices for Custom Stationery with the exception of design fees. Design fees are for the design work done prior to production of your stationery item/s, it is to protect my work and time along with holding your spot on the production line. The beginning prices for stationery items are below. The price increases on the paper and embellishments you choose to add to your design. Pricing per invitation begins at $2 per invitation {simple flat invitation + envelope} RSVP and other cards added to your invitation are additional costs. Table Number Cards begin at $1 each. Seating Cards for guest start at $0.50. Menu Cards begin at $1.50. Ceremony Programs begin at $2. General invitations for parties, showers, etc begin at $2 each. Save the dates start at $1.75 and increase depending on what you would like: simple postcard vs. magnets. Save the dates that include pictures are outsourced for printing to obtain the highest quality so allow time for production. You also have the option to print your save the dates yourself. You will receive a high resolution jpeg file that can be used at most photo print shops. Custom Stationery Design Fees are as follows; this fee is just for the custom design work. Printed material is an additional cost per item. Pre-designed invitations do not have a design fee. If you are stumped and don t know what to put down or clueless of what you exactly you want I am here to help. You may participate as much or as little as you wish during the design process. STATIONERY ITEMS NEEDED: BUDGET: Building a Timeline In order for your stationery to be completed on time please create yourself a Timeline using the outline below. Save-the-Dates: Approximately 5-10 months prior to the wedding date {if you have a large amount of out of town guest you may want to send them out earlier to insure they can arrange travel plans}. Wedding invitations: approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date {again, if you have a large amount of out of town guest you may want to send them out earlier especially if you do not plan on sending Save the Dates}. Since paperclutch specializes in custom handmade stationery it is important to allow at least 3 months before your mail out date for design and creation of your wedding invitations. Some items can be created on shorter notice.
