2 French design manufacturer established in 2009, Petite Friture aims to produce objects, lighting and furniture that create a spark, designed by emerging talents. With their complicity, Petite Friture offers elegant and accessible products that in a simple and uninhibited manner tell a story ; products that understand our daily life and invite us to savour it. For the 2016 edition of THE SALONE INTERNAZIONALE DEL MOBILE PETITE FRITURE gives the highlights to NOÉ DUCHAUFOUR-LAWRANCE with MEDITERRANEA & POOL with GRID. 3 GRID by POOL Edited in 2015 the GRID daybed refers to the Bauhaus style and honours the graphical talents of the duo. The project was defined by its rhythm and adaptability function. For 2016 POOL turns up the volume, blows up the concept and gives GRID an infinite modularity and a deep range of modular elements : two seats sofa, armchairs, a stool, and a coffee table. They can all be combined beyond imagination.

7 MEDITERRANEA by NOÉ DUCHAUFOUR-LAWRANCE At the request of PETITE FRITURE, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance signs a whole range of lightings. Here comes MEDITERRANEA a series of elegant lights in brushed brass with LED technology. Resting on a light structure, the cloth of metal sculpts and diffuses the light through the lively and geometric pattern.

9 POOL NOÉ DUCHAUFOUR-LAWRANCE POOL is a duo composed of Léa Padovani (1981) french of Iranian-Italian heritage Born in 1974 in France, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance followed a course in Sculpture and Sébastien Kieffer (1982), french, based in Paris. on Metal (at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d Art) In 2010, POOL create a collective concept, whose goal is to explore associations between before studying design at the Arts Décoratifs in Paris. He has progressively asserted his objects, architecture and images. Beyond the obvious presence of an object, its beauty aesthetics, first with the design of the Sketch restaurant in London in 2002, and since, and function, the designers search for a multiplicity of meanings and highlight the emotions through his studio which was established in and reference points was a key year for Noé when he was nominated by Maison & Objet as «Designer In 2012 they were nominated «Talents à la carte» during Maison&Objet, «Young New of the Year». 10 Driven by creativity and the desire to share it, PETITE FRITURE wants to live the Salone del Mobile as a full experience and for the occasion creates a speciale scenography to enhance both GRID & MEDITERRANEA as a selection of other products. AMÉLIE DU PASSAGE Amélie du Passage is the founder and Creative Director of PETITE FRITURE. Graduated from HEC in 2003, Amélie du Passage started off her career in the Cabinet of the Minister of Culture Jean - Jacques Aillagon, as a speach writer and in charge of the art market. After a time spent at the Réunion des Musées Nationaux, she joined the French art fair, FIAC, as General Secretary beside Martin Bethenod. In 2009, she founded Petite Friture and became design editor, with the aim of embodying a different style, and to showcase the emerging scene of French and International design. After 6 years of existence, Petite Friture, has made its mark and brought its own style by signing products with over forty designers, amongst which Claesson Koivisto Rune, Sam Baron and Noé Duchaufour Lawrance. As a real talent spotter, Petite Friture launched right from the beginning the pendant lamp Vertigo, by the designer Constance Guisset, for whom the product was her first edition and acts today as a real success story; or Tidelight by young designer Pierre Favresse, who has since then become the Creative director of Habitat. In 2013, Amélie du Passage gave a new impulse to Petite Friture by positioning the brand on the furniture market. She launched amongst other pieces the Market chair by Noé Duchaufour Lawrance and then the Nubilo sofa by Constance Guisset. Petite Friture has also developed an offer for the contract market, specific to decorators and architects. Petite Friture takes part each year in the following fairs: Maison & Objet in Paris, IMM in Cologne, Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan and the Stockholm Furniture Fair.
