2 MISSION The Dr. Marty Foundation is being formed as a key component of the Global Integrative Health Initiative that was launched by Animal Ambassadors LLC as part of a comprehensive plan to promote Dr. Marty s unique approach to animal health, healing and overall well being. As Animal Ambassadors LLC pursues opportunities related to the development of television and radio programming and partners with a major grocery retailer to revolutionize the pet food industry to better support immunity and overall pet health, the Foundation will direct a percentage of the profits from those various ventures along with private donations and direct them toward numerous pet related groups and causes. It is our desire that the Dr. Marty Foundation becomes one of the leading advocates for the promotion and support of the overall health and well being of not only our pets but all animals as well. The Foundation will direct its resources toward: 1. Grant Making The Dr. Marty Foundation will provide financial support to assist non-profit animal shelters and organizations engaged in the rescuing, rehabilitation, and re-homing of abused and/or abandoned pets. The Foundation will also direct funding for humane spaying and neutering programs to help reduce or eliminate dog overpopulation. 2. Funds and Food The Dr. Marty Foundation will provide funding assistance and food and nutritional supplements to non-profit animal shelters and rescue organizations across the country along with free literature to pass out to new pet owners on integrative feeding a proper pet nutrition.

3 3.Pet Educational Mobile Application The Dr. Marty Foundation will offer a free smart phone and tablet application that will become and invaluable source of information on a broad range of topics related to integrative pet care and overall pet health, including live streams of the Dr. Marty TV and Radio Shows. 4. Veterinary College Curriculum The Dr. Marty Foundation will be assisting veterinary institutions that desire to offer the integrative/holistic approach as part of their overall educational offering with grants, funding, scholarships and curriculum development assistance. 5. Public Service Announcements The Dr. Marty Foundation will provide funding for the development of educational pet related public service announcements that foster pet adoption, proper pet nutrition, pet health information and that support a variety of pet and animal related causes. 6. Mobil Integrative Pet Clinic The Dr. Marty Foundation in partnership with a major sponsor a mobil integrative/ holistic pet clinic that can travel to partner retail locations and offer free pet health screenings, exams, treatment and literature. 7. Other Animal Related Causes The Dr. Marty Foundation and Animal Ambassadors LLC will work closey together to promote all kinds of animal related and environmental causes that will lead to a more humane treatment of animals both domestic and wild.

4 MANAGEMENT The Dr. Marty Foundation has been formed with the assistance of The Foundation Group and is submitting the required documentation to qualify as a 501c3 (Non Profit) organization. Eilene Cohhn is the newly appointed Executive Director and has had a long and successful career in producing celebrity events for nonprofit organizations. She coordinated all aspects of major events involving world renowned artists, actors and groups, which have included Paul and Linda McCartney, Ringo Starr, Sarah McLaughlin, Chrissie Hynde, the B52s, Alec Baldwin, Kim Basinger, Kevin Nealon, Gary Shandling, Alicia Silverstone, Jane Goodall and many others. The events she orchestrated raised millions for charity at venues from Radio City Music Hall, NY, Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, CA, leading to international press coverage, donor satisfaction and long lasting financial success and good will. SUMMARY In summation, the Dr. Marty Foundation s ultimate mission is to raise the quality of life for companion animals and the people who love and care for them. The Dr. Marty Foundation will be a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that supports other IRS (Internal Revenue Service) designated non-profit pet related groups as well as municipal/governmental agencies and educational institutions involved in a wide range animal welfare causes.

5 START-UP PROJECTS & PROJECTED COSTS As Animal Ambassadors LLC works to position the Dr. Marty brand and TV show with a major television/cable network time slot, to establish a national syndicated radio show, and with their new product division LLC (International Marketing Partners LLC) to secure a major retail partner in the development of the Dr. Marty pet food and supplement line, the Dr. Marty Foundation can play an important role in some key initiatives to support the fundamental mission of the Global Integrative Health Initiative by funding the start-up of some critical projects. These projects supported by the Foundation will play a vital role in building awareness of the overall Dr. Marty brand and mission and will help establish multiple streams of revenue to help expand the global reach of the Dr. Marty Foundation. What follows is a brief description of the start-up and key initial Foundation projects, their strategic role and integrated marketing efforts with Animal Ambassadors LLC, and estimated associated costs: 1. Foundation Formation: The Foundation Group services have dramatically reduced the expense and effort of starting a private foundation. The Foundation Group makes it possible to have a fully functioning private foundation with very small starting assets. Their team of professionals have the new private foundation up and running. They are also providing assistance with the IRS filing for tax-exempt status.

Website and Mobile Application Development: The Dr. Marty Foundation Website and Mobile Application are critical components in providing a resource of information and live discussion on pet related health, nutrition and overall care from an integrative/ holistic perspective. The Some of the key feature will include: Weekly video commentary from Dr. Marty on important pet health related issues Access to live streams of radio and television broadcasts Live online chat room where pet owners can discuss pet related issues and have their questions and concerns addressed by Dr. Marty and his staff Opportunities to request online non-profit organizational grants and food donations Opportunities to make online donations and gifts to the Foundation Initial Development Cost Estimate & Annual Administration/Operating: Website and Mobile Application: $250, Annual Administration, Maintenance, Operation: $150,000.00

Mobile Pet Care & Education Center: It is the intent of the Foundation to operate a Mobile Pet Care and Integrative/Holistic Education Center that would work in partnership with a major retail partner/sponsor to make scheduled appearances at retail locations across the country and tied to a new exclusive private label Dr. Marty pet food and nutritional supplement line of products currently in development by the new product company, International Marketing Partners LLC with a percentage of Animal Ambassadors portion of the revenue share generated by the sale of this exclusive line going to support the Foundation and matched by the exclusive national retail partner. This mobile unit would offer free information and literature as well as free pet wellness exams and have the capacity to do live television and radio broadcasts from the various locations across the country. It would work to coordinate efforts with local non-profit pet organizations from across the region where there would be scheduled visits to help support and build awareness for their work with various pet related causes. Initial Development Cost Estimate & Annual Operation: (Costs shared by Foundation, Sponsor & Pet Food Revenue) Mobile Unit Cost: $450, Annual Operation: $195,000.00

8 4. Tie-in with One World Futbol Project: ( Virtually-Indestructible. Unlike any inflatable ball on the market, the One World Futbol never needs a pump and never goes flat, even if punctured. The ball is made using stateof-the-art technology that requires no stitching and is designed to have the same rebound characteristics as a traditional soccer ball. It s the same size and weight as a standard soccer ball, but it can also be used for netball, volleyball, and many other games. Founding Sponsor: Chevrolet The One World Futbol Project and Chevrolet have partnered to bring the joy of soccer and play to youth around the world. Chevrolet has pledged to donate 1.5 million One World Futbols over three years through our network of organizations working with disadvantaged communities around the world. Smaller versions of the ball can be developed for pets and create a virtually indestructible pet toy. The material can also be configured in other shapes to make them more conducive to smaller dogs and other play toys. The toy line can be marketed exclusively for pets under the Dr. Marty label and be distributed exclusively by International Marketing Partners LLC to retailers across the country and online on the Foundation website under the buy one give one arrangement currently in place with the One World Futbol Project. However, in this instance the donated toy can go to non-profit animal shelters or be given as a gift to people who purchase a pet from a rescue operation. Again, as with the pet food, a portion of the proceeds from sales can also be donated directly to the Foundation. Special Pet Sized Balls and Toy Development Cost: $150,000.00
