Terms and Conditions All orders are subject to approval by A Beka Book Office in Pensa cola, FL. Prices are subject to change without notice. Homeschool orders must be prepaid by check, cashier s check, or credit card. Make checks payable to A Beka Book, Inc. A charge of $25 or 5% of the check value will be levied on all returned checks. We do not accept postdated checks. School accounts may not place orders for homeschooling families, including umbrella groups operating under a school. Sales Tax: Orders will be charged current state sales tax plus applicable local tax and / or tax on shipping and handling based on your shipping address. Canadian accounts are charged 5% GST. Additional notes for Canadian accounts: Payments by check are to be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Accounts will be invoiced a bank handling charge when a charge is instituted by the foreign bank. All returned checks from Canadian accounts have a $35 charge. Back orders will be sent automatically to customers as soon as they become available. Customers visiting Pensacola may go directly to The Bookstore located at Brent Lane and Highway 29 to purchase materials (except curriculum /lesson plans and some teacher editions). Store hours are Monday Friday, 10 A.M. 5 P.M. CT. Shipping Orders are shipped F.O.B. Pensacola at customer s risk. Special instructions should be clear. Standard Service: All orders within the United States, U.S. Protectorates, and Canada are shipped at no charge. If express shipping is desired, place order online or contact customer service for shipping charges. Shipment may arrive over a period of days. Inventory immediately. A Beka Book is not responsible for missing items reported after 60 days of the invoice date. Allow four weeks for orders placed after July 15. Return Policy Before returning any materials, please visit abeka.com or call for Return Materials Authorization (RMA), so that proper credit can be issued to your account. The return address is 5414 Rawson Lane, Pensacola, FL 32503, U.S.A. Material returned must be in perfect, salable condition: NOT DAMAGED, not marked in any way, and with no signs of shelf wear. Full credit will be given on merchandise returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Materials returned between 30 and 60 days of the invoice date will receive a 10% restocking fee. Materials returned between 60 and 90 days of the invoice date will receive a 25% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for returns received 90 days after the invoice date. Partial returns cannot be accepted on discounted kits. Refunds may be requested for balances greater than $1. A Beka Book cannot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in return shipments. Shipments should be sent by UPS or motor freight. The customer is responsible to pay all expenses incurred when returning merchandise to A Beka Book. Items marked Earlier Publications cannot be returned. Nonreturnable merchandise returned to A Beka Book will be discarded. Allow four weeks for credit to be issued for returned merchandise. Copyright Notice A Beka Book materials are protected by copyright law. No part of any publication may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from the publisher. International Accounts Additional Information for All Accounts Outside United States, U.S. Protectorates, and Canada. Provide account number (existing accounts). Verify billing and shipping address. All orders must be prepaid. Payments by check are to be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. International accounts will be invoiced a bank handling charge when a charge is instituted by the foreign bank. All returned checks from international accounts have a $35 charge. To transfer funds using a bank wire, please contact A Beka for procedures. Fees from our bank will be deducted from the amount of the bank wire transfer. Any refund of credit from A Beka Book will also have fees from our bank deducted from the amount of the refund. Shipments will be sent via our preferred carrier unless otherwise specified. Note that all shipments sent via the Postal Service are uninsured and not traceable, which means that if the shipment goes missing, the customer will have to repurchase the order. A Beka Book is not responsible for shipments missing/lost by the Postal Service. Shipment costs are based on the weight of the shipment. To get an estimated shipping cost, place orders online. Minimum charge is $6. All APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses will receive free shipping. Any fees incurred when materials pass through customs are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide your Customs Registration Number (CRN) if the order is being shipped directly to China, Brazil, or to a Forwarding Agent for later delivery in those countries.
