3 Based on Accenture research, only 20 percent of responding companies described their EPM capabilities as advanced encompassing enterprise-wide, value-driving initiatives and standardization. As a result, the power grid operator has increased its process efficiency, improved productivity, reduced planning cycle times and shifted corporate focus to strategic analysis. At Credit Agricole, Accenture implemented Oracle Hyperion Planning Plus together with Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management and Hyperion Application Link to integrate the retail bank s financial and operational planning processes and improve its business predictability. The new system provides bank management with complete confidence in the security, availability and reliability of their financial data, resulting in more accurate analysis and the ability to focus on more strategic issues.
