If the SIG Rewards product selected is unavailable, SIG SAUER reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value. SIG SAUER determines the value of all eligible product as Retail Price as listed in the current SIG SAUER Commercial Dealer Price List in effect at the time of the promotion. No cash value is associated with participating in the SIG Rewards program nor any potential discounts based upon eligible qualifying sales. The SIG Rewards program is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Not all SIG SAUER products are available in all states or locales. Prior to redemption, the participant must ensure that the requested product complies with local and state laws. Applicable sales tax and/or other taxes may apply. Participants are responsible for payment of all such taxes. SIG SAUER reserves the right to amend or cancel the SIG Rewards Program at any time without notice.
