If participant is providing submissions via USPS, then the closing date is one week earlier. All submissions must be postmarked no later than Sunday, November 6, For Retail Partners: The SIG Rewards 2016 Program launches as of 8:00 a.m. eastern Monday, August 1, 2016 and runs through 11:59:59 p.m. eastern Wednesday, November 30, Participants will have untill 11:59:59 eastern Sunday, December 18, 2016 to electronically report all qualifying sales and place any existing Reward Redemption Requests. If participant is providing submissions via USPS, then the closing date is one week earlier. Log into your account Select Log a Sale in menu bar Enter Sales Information and select Next Validate your Information and select Next Upload Proof of Performance/Sale Every firearm claim requires page 3 of the 4473 or printout of the electronic ATF disposition record showing model, serial#, date sold, approval number and sales person to be attached/uploaded to qualify Silencer and Electro-Optics claims require sales receipt and log to be attached/ uploaded You will receive a Claim Submission Confirmation number. Please print and retain a copy for your records. All such parties are eligible to participate in the SIG Rewards program, provided that all parties comply with the Terms and Conditions. *Dealer is defined as the independent FFL holder or their designee per FFL location. Participants MUST register for the program at and provide all requested information in order to be eligible to participate and receive any rewards. SIG SAUER is not responsible for lost, misdirected, stolen or missing mail. Scanned and digitally uploaded media MUST BE legible and complete. Any redemption request is subject to availability. If the SIG Rewards product selected is unavailable, SIG SAUER reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value. All reward product will be shipped at SIG SAUER s expense to the FFL of record where the participant is employed. Ship to location must be validated at time of request. SIG Rewards Participants are responsible for complying with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations; inclusive of background checks and CLEO approval, if applicable. In accordance with Federal law, and IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued in a given year to those participants who redeem their points for product(s) where the fair market value received by the redeeming party is $ or greater (The fair market value may be for a single item or cumulatively). SIG SAUER determines the value of all eligible product as Retail Price as listed in the current SIG SAUER Commercial Dealer Price List in effect at the time of the promotion. No cash value is associated with participating in the SIG Rewards program nor any potential discounts based upon eligible qualifying sales. The SIG Rewards program is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Not all SIG SAUER products are available in all states or locales. Prior to redemption, the participant must ensure that the requested product complies with local and state laws. Applicable sales tax and/or other taxes may apply. Participants are responsible for payment of all such taxes. SIG SAUER reserves the right to amend or cancel the SIG Rewards Program at any time without notice. SIG SAUER reserves the right to suspend or revoke participation in the SIG Rewards program if the retailer or sales associate fails to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
