The tractor-trailer was filled with smoke using a smoke candle (rated at 8,000 cubic feet of volume in 1 minute). When the trailer was sufficiently filled with smoke, the TC-18 was turned on and focused toward the bulkhead. The fan was allowed to run until all of the smoke was evacuated. 26 INSTALLATION SERVICES Patterson Fan offers 4 tiers of Installation Services. Please choose the service that works best for you. You may also choose to complete the installation on your own. As always, we are here to help. Call us anytime during our office hours and an air movement expert will gladly answer any questions that may arise. Tier 1 onsite support Patterson will make arrangements to be at your facility for all (or a portion) of the installation process. No installation crew will be provided. Tier 2 mechanical installation Patterson will install the purchased equipment, including: - A dedicated installation crew - Fan positioning based on need/customer request - All necessary supplies to securely mount each fan Tier 3 mechanical installation & basic wiring Tier 2 service as well as: Basic wiring tasks will be performed to prepare each fan for final electrical power hookup by a customer provided, fully licensed electrician. Tier 4 full turnkey installation Tier 3 service as well as: Basic wiring tasks will be performed to prepare each fan for final electrical power hookup. 27 WARRANTY 2 YEAR high velocity fan warranty ALL PATTERSON HIGH VELOCITY FANS ARE WARRANTED FOR TWO FULL YEARS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT TO THE PURCHASER TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
