3 Foam unit PROFOAM-R Instructions for use B Foam wand with white protection A C Rinsing nozzle with blue protection D E S/ST quick coupler H G F USE IN «FOAM» MODE ) Connect the white foam wand «B» on the quick coupler «D». Please check that the wand water valve «E» is closed. ) Turn the -way valve «A» on «FOAM» position. ) the water ball valve «H». ) the air valve «G». 5) the wand water valve «E». 6) Regulate air pressure according to expected result. Unlock by pulling forward to the right the button «F» and regulate the pressure by turning the button. When the result is OK, lock the regulator with button «F». 7) After use, please close the following valves: wand «E», air «G», water «H». CAUTION ALWAYS orientate spray in direction of surfaces to treat. NEVER orientate spray in direction of people, animals or plants ALWAYS w ait few seconds for a good product and w ater mix ing. ALWAYS close w ater inlet v alv e after each use. WATER PRESSURE must be included on bar to 6 bar. MAXIMUM w orking temperature is 50 C ALWAYS keep the unit on frost protection USE IN «RISING» MODE ) Connect the blue rinsing nozzle «C» on the quick coupler «D». Please check that the wand water valve «E» is closed. ) Turn the -way valve «A» on «RINSE» position. ) the water ball valve «H». ) the wand water valve «E». 5) After use, please close wand «E» and water «H» valves. CLEANING or REPLACEMENT of filter gasket CLEANING of the non-return valve _Unscrew the nut of the stainless hose. _Clean or replace the filter gasket. _Reassemble the filter gasket, repect orientation Ceramical ball O ring MAINTENANCE Foam unit PROFOAM doesn't suck product. _ Check the pressure of the w ater system (minimum : bars, maximum : 6 bars) _ Check that the filter gasket is not dirty or scaled. (clean or replace) _ Check that the yellow filter of the suction line is submerged in the product, and the hose is not pinched, folded, or closed. _ Verify that the tip is not clogged. (clean or replace) 5 _Check that the yellow filter of the suction line is not dirty. (clean or replace) 6 _ Check that the spray handle is not dirty or calcified.
