4 La Maison du Chocolat 2010 This year, to the delight of gourmets everywhere, our signature gift boxes have been redesigned to add an element of surprise. Four truffles with ganache mousse, a signature creation from Gilles Marchal, Plain dark chocolate Truffle : full-bodied, intense and bittersweet. Raspberry Truffle : dark chocolate ganache with fresh raspberry pulp. Orange Truffle : dark chocolate ganache with orange, and a dash of fresh zest. Customers receiving a parcel from us should inspect it upon receipt to make sure it is consistent with the order and that there are no obvious flaws. Damage claims should be clearly recorded, dated and signed on the delivery invoice All claims must be made within 48 hours of product delivery. Claims received by L.M.D.C.
