2 Superior Short Cut Rooibos Superior Short Cut is our most popular product. The medium sized particles and even particle size distribution offers great versatility in application. Medium to dark Superior Long Cut Rooibos Superior Long Cut has a longer cut particle than Rooibos Superior Short Cut. Its good appearance and physical properties makes it ideal for blending with pieces of fruit and flowers. Medium Rooibos comprises the finer cut portion of the crop. 3 Classic Rooibos Classic has the finest particle size with a high leaf percentage. It has a strong Rooibos flavour with more astringency than the other Rooibos grades.. This grade comprises of only 10% of the annual crop Fast Dark Extra Rooibos Extra presents the consumer with new ways to enjoy Rooibos. This grade is bursting with Rooibos taste and the finer particle size makes it ideal for application in espresso machines. 4 Rooibos Leaf Rooibos Leaf consists of particles that are longer in cut length than Rooibos. Its appearance and soft green taste makes it ideal for mixing with dried pieces of fruit and flower petals.
