9 Activities planned NCCSAP phase II Main goal: Assist a selected number of countries with preparations, formulation, implementation and evaluation of their climate change policy as to enable them to be self-supportive in policy development Other goals: Assist countries to fulfil their commitments to UNFCCC (NC s, NAPA s), focussing on V&A assessments with special attention for livelihood systems and the poor. Focus on capacity building and awareness creation (policy makers, scientists and selected NGO s)
