He has dedicated his life to helping business owners from every continent to develop their leadership skills and to realize their possibilities. He is an accomplished recording artist, author, youth minister and a world renowned motivational speaker. Skip has a bachelor of arts degree in social science, and a bachelor of divinity and master s in theology from Fuller Seminary. He has also done extensive post graduate study in psychology. Skip is founder and director of Circle A Youth Ranch, President of the OFIDA project, President of Gigatt, Inc., and Chairman of S.S. Ross International, Inc. A graduate of Westmont College and Fuller Theological Seminary, he has written the book, Say Yes to Your Potential, recorded the tape series, Dynamic Living, and recorded a variety of sacred and motivational music albums. He and his wife, Susan, have been helping teenagers through the Circle A Ranch program of leadership and attitude development for over 25 years. The new expansion of their ministry, the OFIDA project, was launched in 2003, with a mission to help prepare the Leadership for Next Generation. Susan Ross is an teacher in primary education blended perfectly with Skip and in addition she had grown up in an active business family. Skip and Susan wanted especially to reach teen-agers, and as their business became successful, they purchased a ranch near Grand Rapids, which they named Circle A. The main focus of the ranch, says Skip, is to teach young people to reach higher levels of achievement, contribution and fulfillment, to say yes to their potential and to become all God created them to be. This business is an expression of what they have committed their lives. And it s now on a world stage.

When they were shown this business, they were both very involved with their busy and stressful careers. However, Suchitra was looking for a way that she could spend more time with their 2 young boys. In 10 years, Prem became the Head of Strategic Planning & Implementation in mobile & Telecommunications Industry. His wife Geeta had a degree in Chemistry and a post-graduate degree in Medical Biochemistry. She went to specialize in Financial Management and Business computing. In the world s eye, they were successful couple but deep inside that they were sacrificing a lot of their family time, their health, their relationship and many other things. Rajan started his career with Air India as a steward and his wife Prabha has completed her Post Graduation in Psychology, from Bangalore University. They moved to Australia in 90 s when IT Industry was the emerging profession and started working with large reputed financial institutions as software engineers. That s when through Rajan s boss they got introduced to new business opportunity, without much interest they agreed to see the business, just out of obligation.
