10 RIVER CETINA RAFTING Raft program in which you can see pure nature of Dalmatia. The program starts from hotel at a.m. The transfer would already be waiting. Beautifull landscape trough villages at mountain Mosor, panoramic ride above city of Omiš. Total duration of the transfer is 45 minutes. Rafting in river Cetina. After the pure adrenalin ride, refreshment and lunch is served in Radman mills after which drive back to hotel trough four villages starts. The program lasts aprox. 6 hours. The tour will take place in numerous small cities in Dalmatia including Split. In each destination we shall try to take a photo of something special what is not included in standard city tour. Towns in program are Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Omiš. 2. OPTION is wild nature in high land of Zagora. The tour will takes place in the most beautiful part of Dalmatia This tour takes about cca 6 hours. 12 WINEYARDS AND WINE PRODUCING As we are famous for our wine production, we would like to present you how it s done. The program starts at 9:00 am. We make panoramic tour of villages in high land Zagora, beautiful rustically nature, lots of stone made houses and old roads. First we shall visit a wineyards where you can see how much work is needed for making a special type of wine. Wine tasting will be served in old guest house where we shall hear from the wine makers what is the special (secret) ingredient for the amazing wine, more sort of cheese and prsuto will added in this wine adventure. 13 UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO COURSE The expirience starts in the hotel marina. After security brief the guest embark the boat and start towardship wreck 6 nm from the hotel. First dive is a 30 minute photography underwater lesson with video cameras start on a breathtaking underwater well. This location is caratherized as exsplosion of colors. 22 KRKA NATIONAL PARK & ŠIBENIK Šibenik where you will have a chance to visit St Jacobs Cathedral constructed in 15th century (under UNESCO protection). Then we are taking you for a drive on Dalmatian panoramic road that has an amazing view of the coast and the islands. Next stop is Krka National Park that consists of 17 natural barriers. These beautiful waterfalls are a breath taking experience. Krka National Park lies within Šibenik-Knin County and covers a total area of 109 km2. The Krka River is a natural and karstic phenomenon with it s lenght of 72,5 km. Walking on the wooden paths through enchanting moving water, hearing the rare birds singing, visiting still active hundred years old water mills will take you on exciting trip and show you the great value of this natural treasure. Interesting sight is hydroelectric plant that was constructed in 1895 and now is protected as monument of industrial architecture. You will have free time for swimming and paddling under the waterfalls, walking and free time for lunch (not included in the price). Return to Split is in the late afternoon. 24 PRIVATE PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK TOUR Plitvice Lakes are one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world. The sixteen lakes, connected by 92 waterfalls, cascade through the picturesque surrounding. Plitvice Lakes were declared as a National park in the From and 1979, they have been on UNESCO s List of World Natural Heritage. Walking tour is with a guide. Wooden paths will take you along 16 enchanting lakes. River Korana creates beautiful waterfalls, lakes and caves that make this National park one of the most precious natural sights in Croatia. After 30 minutes of boat ride we stop in a small bay on Island ofšolta for a short cool down swim.after additional 60 minutes of boat navigation we will arrive to the island of Biševo. Blu Cave We will visit this natural phenomenon around 11am which is appear to be silver. village on the Island of Vis. There will be a plenty of time for sightseeing and time to have lunch. We suggest fresh lobster as this is one of the things this place is famous about. Our next destination is our home port. 26 DALMATIAN COOKING SCHOOL TThe participants take a cooking lesson in which they learn how to prepare traditional Croatian/Dalmatian meals like peka and soparnik. The participants also learn how to bake bread also under peka. The whole time the group has an interactive lesson with a Dalmatian housewife and chief so the program is very active and asks for maximum concentration from the participants. Meals under the so-called Peka are a traditional Dalmatian type of preparation and very popular. A large metal bell, over and over with hot coals and glowing ash covered. This leads to a phenomenal taste merger of the various ingredients. Soparnik is a People s Court from the region Split. It is baked, rolled On the beginning of the program guests taste variety of home made herbs alcohol, during the program guests have 0.5 l of red/white vine per pax, and all the prepared food is consumed by the participants. 27 FAMILY BOAT TRIP / WITH CHEF ONBOARD The excursion starts in front of the hotel-hotels marina. This family boat is traditional Dalmatian Leut and is 100 % made of oak and mahogany. Concept of this excursion is to combine beautiful nature with fresh ingredients. Chef is preparing breakfast after departure and instructs the Guests In the rest of the day itinerary. After 30 minute ride, the boat comes to and vegetable market to pick up rest of the groceries.
