5 Assembly Instructions Before you begin: Please make sure you have all the parts before assembling. Line Master Handle Assembly (6) Line Master Frame Assembly (12) Hardware Bag contains: 1 ea X 1-1/4 Stove bolt (1) 1 ea Elastic Stop Nut (2) Illustration 1 Step 1 Insert the aluminum handle end (6) over the Line Master Frame (12). Align the handle hole with the Frame hole for screw insertion. Step 2 Insert the X 1-1/4 Stove Bolt (1) through the handle and frame, then screw on the Elastic Stop Nut (2) Step 3 Tighten the Elastic Stop Nut (2) to the stove bolt (1) using a screw driver and wrench. 5

Illustration 1 Step 1 Insert the aluminum handle end (6) over the Line Master Frame (12). Align the handle hole with the Frame hole for screw insertion.

6 Replacement Instructions Brush Assembly Replacement Illustration 3 Pull the brush unit with springs attached just out of the aluminum frame bushing slots. Disconnect the springs (5) from plastic nylon bushings (7). Remove one plastic bushing from one end of the axle by using pliers to grip both plastic bushings and twist back and forth while pulling one plastic bushing outward. Slide the old brush off. Slide the new brush back onto the axle. Slide the plastic bushing back onto the end of the axle, positioning the plastic bushing slide in the same position as the opposite end. Tap the plastic bushing in place. Attach springs (5) to plastic bushings (7) and reconnect the brush assembly to the frame. See Illustration 3 & 4 Illustration 4 6

Remove one plastic bushing from one end of the axle by using pliers to grip both plastic bushings and twist back and forth while pulling one plastic bushing outward.

7 Product Operation Illustration 6 The Line Master is a tennis court line sweeper designed for multiple down pressure positioning. Lift or lower the handle to angle the brush for desired sweeping flow. See Illustration 6 Proper Storage Illustration 7 The Line Master should be suspended so that the brush bristles do not become deformed from prolonged ground contact. The handle has a hook to allow the Line Master to be suspended easily from a chain link fence. See Illustration 7 Maintenance Little maintenance is required to keep the Line Master working properly. Bolts may loosen over time and should be tightened as needed. No oiling is required to keep the Line Master operating smoothly. If court material or dirt becomes attached to the bristles, simply wash off with water hose. 7

8 Warranty Limited Warranty Har-Tru Sports warrants this product for one year from the date of purchase and will either repair or replace at its option, free of charge, any part or parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Transportation charges under this warranty must be paid by the purchaser unless return is requested by Har-Tru Sports. This Warranty will not apply to any part which has become inoperative due to; misuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance or alterations.
