6 RED WINES PINOT NOIR Trivento Tribu, Pinot Noir, Mendoza, Argentina The color is a vivid ruby red with a nose of cherry and raspberry fruit. This is quite a light wine but with intense fruit flavors, wrapped in an elegant smokiness, with vanilla notes and a good softened tannin. Baron Philippe Pinot Noir, Pays d'oc, France The attack is fresh and fruity, displaying the rich flavors and refined tannins of Pinot Noir. The mid-palate reveals juicy, acidulated red fruit, especially redcurrant and raspberry, with a hint of vanilla, while the finish has a typical Pinot precision and refinement. Bogle Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley, California, USA Floral aromas of violets and rose petals dance with wild strawberries on the nose of this wine. The mouth feel is silky and refined, brightens with ripe chokeberry and currant, while touches of pipe tobacco and worn leather round out the sip. SHIRAZ Yalumba Y Series Shiraz, Australia Deep crimson red in color. Displays aromas of boysenberry and ripe cherry, complemented by a hint of cinnamon oak. Greg Norman Estate Shiraz, Australia Vibrant in flavor and well-mannered in structure, playing its blackberry and currant fruit against hints of licorice and bay leaf. The finish lingers easily against velvety tannins.

7 MERLOT Stone Valley Merlot, California, USA This Merlot has pleasant violet and dark fruit aromas, abundant dark plum and black cherry flavors with just a hint of green olive character. Mouth filling yet smooth, the balance in this wine is apparent. Red Diamond Merlot, Washington State, USA Reveals aromas and flavors of ripe cherries and blackberries with notes of spice. Sweet fruit on the palate is complemented by toasty oak and soft tannins. Viña Cobos by Paul Hobbs, Merlot Felino, Mendoza, Argentina Black cherry-colored with purple reflections and a bright bouquet of huckleberry, plum, boysenberry and violet flower aromas. The palate is fresh with firm, ripe tannins. CABERNET SAUVIGNON Mezzacorona Cabernet Sauvignon, Dolomiti, Italy Delight yourself with the black currant, blueberry and fresh red fruit notes of our balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Expressive on the nose with notes of ripe black fruits, violets, and tobacco. Long finish. Layer Cake Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina Big, brooding, black fruit, then rich earth, truffles and dark cocoa are at the front. The Sea of Stones vineyard is at its core, always evident with the thread of minerality that the deep alluvial cobblestones lend.
