6 MW CHARDONNAY Varietals CHARDONNAY 100% Vintage 2011 Chardonnay is obviously one of the most widely spread and appreciated white wine varietal over the world..we make the harvest in the optimum moment, where we reach a erfect balance between sugar content and acidity. A prefermentation maceration during 3 hours together with a very light pressing followed by a low temperature fermentation produced by its own yeast is the basis of this delightful wine. Wine finishes it s fermentation with it s own lees in oak barrels during 30 days. Pale yellow colour, with green hints stress its characteristic freshness.very delicate aroma, with fruits (lemon, grapefruit, Apple) and some white flowers. In the palate, this wine is vertically dry. It s ample, round and balanced, and is built around a big acidity that is obvious from the start to the end of the tasting. It s delicate fruity structure, together with the proper acidity makes of this wine the perfect pairing of the high gastronomy. A unique character wine, that after ageing for 50 days in oak barrels, delivers a wine that will reward your soul. Pale yellow colour, with a very intense nose, exotic fruits aromas, citrics, natural herbs and white flowers. Reminders to peach and mature appricots.
