Article 1: organising Company RENAULT SPORT SAS, a Société par Actions Simplifiée, registered with the Commercial and Companies Registry of Evry under number , whose registered office is at 15 avenue du Président Kennedy, Viry-Châtillon, France, is organising a free contest with no purchase necessary from 19 October to 7 December 2011, in the name and on behalf of RENAULT SPORT SAS, entitled Build your own RS27 engine» which may be accessed via the Renault Sport F1 Facebook page at the following url: Article 2 : Definitions In these regulations, each of the following expressions shall have the meaning defined below: Registration : procedure by which a visitor who wishes to take part in the Build your own RS27 engine free contest sends a complete to web@renaultsportf1.com. Contestant : a person who takes part in the contest organised by the Organising Company on its Site, for which prizes are offered. Page : the Renault Sport F1 Facebook Page administrated by the Organising Company, which may be accessed at the URL directly or via any other URL, hyperlink, tab or button placed on another site which redirects to the Page. Article 3: General conditions for participation Participation in the contest shall be deemed express and unreserved acceptance of all of the provisions of these regulations, best practice and conduct rules in force on the internet (netiquette, good conduct charters, etc.) and all laws and regulations applicable to contests and prize draws in France. Participation is open to any natural person who has attained the age of majority (18 years and over) on 01/01/2011 and taken up residence in metropolitan France. The following may not participate: persons who do not meet the above conditions, persons who have contributed to organising this contest and members of their families (for the purpose of these regulations, family is to be understood to mean persons living under the same roof, and their ascending and descending lineal and/or collateral relatives). Each visitor wishing to participate in the build your own RS27 engine free-of-charge game must fill in an online form, which gives obligatory information relating to the competition.

2 The Contestant must have followed the online instructions in sending the necessary information for his or her identification including valid surname, forename, address and the visual requested: a picture including the RS27 paper engine. The Contestant is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form shall be deemed proof of identity. The Contestant will be committed and bound by the information entered by him or her as of the time of its validation. The Contestant undertakes to send a picture created by himself and to communicate correct information to the Organising Company. Any inexact or incomplete registration shall not be taken into account and render participation null and void. The same penalty shall apply in the event of multiple registrations. Minimum configuration required: For computers of the PC type: a CPU with a minimum speed of 1.2 GHz, running under the Windows XP operating system and using the browser Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. For computers of the Mac type: a CPU with a minimum speed of 1.2 GHz, running under the Mac OS X operating system and using the browser Safari. The Organising Company declines all liability in the event that the contest does not function correctly on any configuration other than those specified above. The Contestant is informed that by accessing the Site, a cookie will be stored on his or her computer s hard drive. Cookies are used to identify the Contestant and thereby to allow him or her to gain access to information more rapidly, avoiding the need to re-enter data. It is specified that the Organising Company does not in any manner correlate the information obtained through the use of cookies with the personal data and information concerning the Contestant, and that it does not intend to commercialise this information to any third party. Article 4: Presentation of the free, no purchase required, contest with prize draw Participation to the contest is open from 19 october to 7 december This period will be divided in 3 phases: Participation, Prize draw, Announcement of winners. Participation Prize draw Announcement of winners From 19/10/2011 to From 30/11/2011 to 7/12/ /11/2011 6/12/2011 Mechanism of the game: The aim of the game is for the entrant to send in a photo incorporating the RS27 paper engine. Only the photographer may send in pictures of his/her engine being built. Any images that do not incorporate Renault or Formula 1 will be rejected and participation in

3 the competition rendered invalid. Participants will be subject to a length of participation (see table below) to submit their photo via the online form on the Renault Sport F1 Facebook page. Photos submitted outside these dates will not be accepted. Once submitted, a photo cannot be modified and the participant will only be permitted one attempt only. Votes from web users will decide the three most unusual photos. The photographers of these selected photos will then be deemed the winners after their details and availability have been checked. Article 5: Prize Prizes will be given to participants who have submitted their photos and accurate contact details during the applicable period. First prize will be allocated to the photo with the most votes submitted through the Renault Sport F1 Facebook page, subject to checks of availability and ability to travel. Second and third prizes will be allocated to the photographer with the second and third most votes respectively, as submitted by web users. The top three will be announced on the Renault Sport F1 website: and on the Renault Sport F1 Facebook page: There will be three prizes: - 1st prize: one day for two people with a visit to the Renault Sport F1 engine facility in Viry-Châtillon (91) and a Kart session on the Marcoussis circuit (91), plus a signed mini helmet - 2 nd prize: 1 signed mini helmet and 1 signed commemorative engine part - 3rd prize: 1 signed mini helmet and 1 supporter pack The prize corresponds to a maximum value of 1000 Euros. If the winner s participation should be revealed not to comply with these regulations (incorrect personal data, etc.): the prize shall be attributed to the first substitute contestant designated by random draw whose participation complies with the regulations. If the participation of the ten substitute contestants are in turn found not to comply with the regulations, the prize will not be allotted and will remain the property of the Organising Company.

4 Article 6: Receiving prizes The three winners will be contacted individually by using the contact details submitted initially by when registering for the competition. The winners names will be announced on the Renault Sport F1 website and Facebook pages on Wednesday 7 December Without this limiting any right of action and the Contestant s right to cancel his or her Registration, the Organising Company shall not be required to deliver any prize to a Contestant if the latter has not correctly entered his or her address at the time of Registration, has manifestly succeeded in falsifying the results of the contest by any means whatsoever, or has not complied with these regulations. Prizes may not be disputed, nor may any cash equivalent be demanded, nor will they be exchanged or replaced (however, the Organising Company reserves the right to substitute other prizes of equivalent value for those advertised). Any modification shall, insofar as possible, be notified to the Contestant. In the event that the offered prizes are no longer available, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Company, the Organising Company undertakes to offer prizes of equivalent nature and value. The following is a complete list of the offered prize: 1st prize : VIP day for two people including : - Visit to Renault Sport F1 s engine factory in Viry-Châtillon (91) - Chats with Renault Sport F1 personnel - Lunch at the Marcoussis circuit restaurant, located at Domaine de Couard, route de Couard in Marcoussis (91) - One Karting session at the Marcoussis circuit - 1 mini helmet signed by one of RSF1 s partner team s drivers 2 nd prize: Signature pack including: - 1 mini helmet signed by one of RSF1 s partner team s drivers - 1 commemorative engine part signed one of RSF1 s partner team s drivers 3 rd prize: Supporter pack including: - 1 mini helmet signed by one of RSF1 s partner team s drivers - 1 supporter pack: cap, lanyard, pen, pad and key ring. Article 7: Advertising and promotion of the winners

5 As a direct consequence of accepting their prize, the winners authorise the use of their creation, likeness and their personal data (surname, forename, full address, pseudonym) on all of the Organising Company s public communication media and at all public promotional events associated with this contest, free of charge, without geographical limit or for a maximum period of time of (1 year) limit in time and without such use granting any rights other than entitlement to the prize which has been won. Acceptance of their prize shall not give rise to any obligation on the part of the Organising Company to publish the names of the winners. Article 8: Right of access and rectification In accordance with the provisions of Articles of the Computing and Civil Liberties Law No of 6 January 1978, concerning computing, files and civil liberties, any person who completes a registration on the Site shall benefit from a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them, to be exercised with respect to and by contacting the Organising Company. These rights may be exercised on simple request by electronic mail to the following address: web@renaultsportf1.com Persons who, before end of the Contest, exercise their right to have data concerning them deleted shall be deemed to have waived and abandoned their participation. In accordance with regulations in force, information collected in the context of this contest is intended solely for the Organising Company, and shall be neither sold nor assigned to any third party, in any manner whatsoever. Article 9: Liability The Organising Company s liability is strictly limited to providing the prizes actually and validly won. The Organising Company shall not under any circumstances be liable for the fraudulent use of a Contestant s connection or entitlement to the allotment of prizes. The Organising Company informs users that, considering the characteristics of the Internet, such as the freedom to gather published information and the difficulty or impossibility of controlling the use made of such information by third parties, it cannot be held liable for any improper use of such information. The Organising Company declines all liability in the event of a malfunction of the Internet, telephone lines, or receiving equipment which might prevent the contest from proceeding properly. Moreover, it shall not be liable in any circumstances for any problems in the forwarding of mail whether by electronic means or by post. The Organising Company declines all liability in the event of any technical failure or anomaly, affecting hardware or software, of any nature whatsoever (virus, bug, etc.) arising on the Contestant s system. The Organising Company declines all liability in the event of a malfunction connected to a human error or a problem of an electrical origin.

6 The Organising Company reserves the right to cut short, extent, postpone, modify or cancel this contest if the circumstances so require. In any event, it shall not be liable in this respect. The Organising Company shall make all efforts in order to ensure access to the contest on the Site at all times, but shall not be bound by any obligation to achieve the same. The Organising Company may at any time, notably for technical reasons, for updating or for maintenance, suspend access to the Site and to the contest on said Site. The Organising Company shall not under any circumstances be liable for such interruptions and their consequences. Article 10: Compliance with rules Participating in the Podcast question contest: Did you know? free contest requires Contestants to act in a fair and honest manner, including full compliance with the rules and respect for the rights of other Contestants. Contestants shall not implement or seek to implement any method of participation which does not comply strictly with the principles of the contest and these regulations. The Organising Company reserves the right to exclude any person who does not fully comply with these regulations. The Organising Company also reserves the right to bring proceedings against any persons attempting to cheat, defraud or compromise the proper running of the contest and draw. The Organising Company may decide to cancel the contest if it becomes clear that fraudulent acts have occurred in any form whatsoever, including fraud using computer means in participation in the contest or in determining the winners. The Organising Company reserves the right to proceed with any and all verifications for compliance with this Article, and with all of the regulations, in order to eliminate any contestant who has committed any abuse or attempted any fraud, without however being obliged to proceed with a systematic verification of all of the contest entries received, but may limit this verification to the entries made by potential winners. Agreement on evidence and proof: It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the Organising Company s information system shall be binding as proof as to connection details and computer processed data concerning the contest organised by the Organising Company. Article 11: Conditions for reimbursement The Build your own RS27 engine contest is free and requires no purchase to be made. These regulations may be sent, without charge, to any person who so requests. The Organising Company undertakes to reimburse each Contestant, on request, for the telephone or internet connexion costs incurred in connecting to the Site and participating in the contest, or the cost of postage for participating by letter. The amount reimbursed shall be calculated on the basis of an all-inclusive estimate of the

7 connection time required to participate, determined as being 5 minutes per week, multiplied by an average per-minute connection cost including VAT (e.g. for France: euro cents per minute incl. VAT). Requests for reimbursement must: - be made in writing and sent by post at the economy rate to the following address: Renault Sport F1 Build your own RS27 engine competition 1-15 avenue du president Kennedy Viry-Chatillon, France - reach the above address before 31 december 2011, with the post office stamp being binding as to date. - state the person s surname, forename, personal postal address and address. - state the dates, times and duration of connection to the Site for the month in question, - include the detailed bill from the contestant s internet service provider, showing the date and time of connections to the Site, clearly underlined. The personal details and address of the contestant s account must be the same as on the ISP s invoice. - include a bank details slip (IBAN - for bank, post office or savings account). - include a photocopy of an identity document Each letter must contain only one request for reimbursement, for one single contestant (one envelope: one reimbursement request) As applicable, the postage costs incurred for such a request will be reimbursed by the Organising Company, at the economy postage rate in force, on request expressed in the request for reimbursement of connection costs. The cost of photocopies for the substantiating documents shall be reimbursed on a basis of 0.15 euro cents per sheet, on request expressed in the request for reimbursement of connection costs. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer, sent within 60 days of receipt of the request, following verification that the request is well-founded which will include verifying that the information contained in the reimbursement request letter conforms to the information entered on the registration form completed on the site. Contestants who do not pay connection costs which depend on the length of their communication (subscribers, cable or ADSL users, etc.) cannot benefit from a reimbursement.

8 Article 12: Amendments to the regulations The Organising Company reserves the right to amend the clauses of these regulations, including notably the rules of the game and the allotted prizes, essentially in order to take into account any developments in laws, regulations and administrative rules, court decisions, recommendations by bodies in charge of the administration of the Internet and the commercial policy of the Organising Company. Any amendment shall be the subject of an addendum to the rules and will be filed with the bailiff in the same manner as these regulations Article 13: Filing of the regulations These regulations have been filed with the firm Daigremont Chapuis SCP, 10 rue Pergolèse, PARIS - FRANCE. These regulations may be consulted at any time on Facebook page: contest section, throughout the duration of the free online contest. These regulations have been drawn up in two original counterparts, each drafted in French and in English. The English and French are both official versions, however in the event of discrepancy between the two versions or in the event of dispute, the French version shall be binding. Article 14: Dispute The applicable law is French law. The Contestants are thus subject to French regulations on contests and prize draws. Any dispute arising with respect to this contest which cannot be settled by agreement shall be brought before the competent Courts in Paris.
