34 TOUR PRICES Prices are per person and included charges for plannig and operating the tour. Prices are based on applicable currency exchange rates as of January 15, 2015 and subject to change without notice. Prices do not include Airport taxes, items of a personal nature such as, but not limited to, passport fees, gratuities to your tour-guide or bus driver, optional tours, laundry, telephone calls, and any other items not specifically listed as included in the itineraries. RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT A deposit of minimum 20% of the tour price is required when booking your reservations. inal payment is due minimum 30 days prior to departure. The tour Operator will not deliver any tour documents until total payment is received. ESCORTED MOTOR-COACH TOURS Although shown in our itineraries as a single unit of sale, they are the result of combining differents components for the convenience of our clients. This means that in some tours you might not have the same guide, bus and companions during the entire itinerary. Transportation is provided by deluxe motor-coach or other conveyance when requiried. Where applicable, a professional multilingual tour director will accompany tours while travelling by motors-coach. In the unusual event that a group numbers less than 12 persons, the Tour Operator reserves the right to operate the tour in minibus or private car with an expert bilingual driver. Local visits to monumental cities are explained by official local guides. TOUR ACCOMMODATIONS are classified by the under the Tourism laws and rules of Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Prices are based on twin bedded rooms with private baths. The Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for hotel over-bookings; should this occur, the Tour Operator will undertake to find similar accommodation in the same or nearby area. If a change becomes necessary for any reason the Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category. On occasions it may be necesary to substitute a hotel of a lower category, should this occur, an appropriate refund will be made. Single rooms may TERMS & CONDITIONS occasionally be less comfortable than twins. The Tour Operator will make every effort to provide single rooms but we cannot guarantee. If a single room is not provided where requested, we will refund the supplemental charge. BAGGAGE Baggage handing in our Tour includes one normal size suitcase per person. Luggage and personal effects are travelling AT OWNERS RISK unless insured. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REUNDS The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient number of participants. In the event of such cancellation of a Tour, for wich you have received confirmation, you will receive full refund of monies paid. If the Clients cancel their reservations, the Tour Operator will reimburse the total amount of deposit after the cancellation fees have been deducted according to the following: Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure- 10% of the Tour Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure- 25% of the Tour Between 14 and 3 days prior to departure- 40% of the Tour Less than 48 hours- 50% Departure Day or no show- 100% of the Tour NO REUNDS WILL BE MADE OR UNUSED LAND SERVICES The Tour Operator has the right to withdraw your membership at any time if your actions impose upon or disturb the other members of the Tour. PASSAPORT AND VISAS It is suggested that ALL passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, check with the appropiate consulates to determine if any visas are required. The possession of required and valid documents is the sole responsability of the traveller. The Tour Operator assumes no liability for lack of proper documents. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in the event you have to cancel or discontinue your trip. AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY Participating carriers: The services of any IATAN and ARC carrier may be used in the performance of these tours. The airline participating in this program is not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. TOUR OPERATOR S RESPONSIBILITY All tours and land services described in this brochure are handled and operated by VIAJES TRANSVIA S.L. VPT Viajes para Todos is a registered trademark of Viajes Transvia S.L. The local Woholesaler acts as Tour Operator. The suppliers providing transportation, sightsecing Tour Programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the Local Tour Operator. All vouchers and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. You agree that neither the Local Operator or any representative shall be liable for any accident, loss, injury and/or damage to you or those traveling with you directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay and cancellation of/or changes in itinerary, etc. In case of accident during land transportation, passenger claims are subjetc to the local country law, indemnification, if any, shall be paid to the passengers or their representatives in the local currency of the country. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with customs regulations, are your responsibility.
