2 Makedonia (SKG) Airport Dear Customers, Beleon Tours proudly presents its new exclusive VIP Airport Service package on Thessaloniki Makedonia (SKG) Airport, provided to all clients who wish to have a more carefree experience arriving to or departing from Thessaloniki Airport.

3 VIP Airport Service package: The service includes service of meet and assist clients at the airport during all passport control,baggage check in or claim, customs, use of vip (CIP) lounge and transfer to aircraft or escort. Service upon Arrival differs from Service upon Departure. This service is pre-ordered and pre-arranged, in written form only by fax or with all client s passport and flight details given at same time of ordering. Any changes need to be communicated in time and in written form.

4 Upon Arrival to SKG Airport This service includes the following on arrival: Appointed person (staff member) meets the passenger(s) upon arrival of the flight at the steps of the aircraft. Staff member will be holding a NAME PLATE with the Surname of the passenger PRINTED in BOLD CAPITALs.

5 Staff member escorts transfer (conducted by appointed Handling vehicle if required) and escorts passenger(s) to the passport control entry and bypass queue, if any. Staff member stays with the passenger(s) to assist, until cleared from Immigrations. Following to the passport control, staff member escorts passenger(s) to the arrival belt and arrange a baggage trolley on their behalf. Staff member collects and transfers baggage with the use of the baggage trolley.

6 Staff member carries baggage and escorts passengers to the arrival hall (luggage will be delivered till the clients transfer vehicle if possible). Delivery to the vehicle only if it is done at the same time and without a long delay for the welcome. Customs and passport control must be done with the passengers to be present as per local regulation. Appointed person (staff member) will be present with the passenger(s) at all times (dedicated).

8 Upon Departure from SKG Airport Service includes the following on day of departure: Appointed person ( Handling Staff member) escorts the passenger(s) to the check-in counter, by-pass all queues and take pre-arranged / preprinted boarding cards. With the presence of passenger deliver checked baggage to security check point for hold baggage.

9 Staff member escorts the passenger(s) to the security check-point and ensure smooth pass and then to CIP Lounge. The passport control will be completed before entering the CIP lounge and the boarding of passengers will be directly from the CIP, if there is no objection from the authorities concerned-airport service. Staff member will escort group of passenger(s) to the departing gate area and transfer by appointed Handling vehicle if required into the designated aircraft.
