2 Terms and Conditions Prices All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to Seller s prices in effect at time of shipment. The prices herein are net and exclude any City, County, State, Federal Taxes where applicable. Minimum Charge No invoice will be rendered for less than $ Payment Terms Reels Delivery Specialized Equipment Returns and Cancelled Orders Price Discrepancies Intermediate Sizes Net 30 days from date of invoice, subject to credit approval. No credit allowed for return of empty reels. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. For shipments under 5,000 (rope weight only), no freight allowance will be applicable. Shipments of 5,000 or more (rope weight only) freight allowed to any recognized common carrier point in the continental U.S.A., except Alaska and Hawaii. On shipments of 5,000 or more to Alaska freight will be allowed to Seattle, Washington only. On shipments of 5,000 or more to Hawaii, freight will be allowed to Los Angeles or San Francisco, California only. All means of transportation and routing shall be subject to the control of the seller. Any additional charges incurred for shipping by customer-designated carriers, specialized carriers, or customer requested shipments beyond reasonable dispatch are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments requiring specialized transportation equipment including flat beds for less than truckload shipments, drop decks, or low boys will result in additional freight charges to the buyer. All material must have prior authorization before returning. Material ordered in error and returned or material manufactured to customer s specifications and cancelled will be subject to restocking charges and any outbound and return shipping charges. Price discrepancies must be reported within 15 days after receipt of invoice. PRICING INSTRUCTIONS Price at one-half the sum of the prices of the next higher and next lower prices. Unlisted Constructions Six strand ropes containing 6 strands that are made up of 3 through 14 wires, of which no more than 9 are outside wires, take 6x7 prices. Six strand ropes containing 6 strands that are made up of 15 through 26 wires, of which no more than 12 are outside wires, take 6x19 prices. Six strand ropes containing 6 strands that are made up of 27 through 49 wires, of which no more than 18 are outside wires, take 6x36 prices. Ropes having 50 or more wires per strand or any other not listed are subject to inquiry. PFV ropes not listed in this schedule are 30% higher than the bright rope of the same construction. Strand Center XXIP Ropes Tape Measured Lengths Nonstandard Products Lubrication Overcoat or Heavy Lube Special End Treatment Charge A seven wire center used in place of a single center wire may be counted as one wire. Extra Extra Improved Plow Steel wire ropes take prices 7.5% above corresponding size and construction of Extra Improved Plow Steel ropes. Orders for tape measured lengths are subject to a 5% additional charge. Nonstandard products are subject to a 6.5% additional charge and cannot be returned. Orders for nonstandard items cannot be cancelled. Nonstandard items have minimum run requirements. Certain nonstandard products may require a deposit for acceptance. Items listed in this price schedule are products WireCo WorldGroup offers but are not necessarily standard stocking items. Orders with nonstandard lubrication are subject to at least a 5% additional charge. Subject to a 7.5% additional charge to cover labor and material costs.
