11 White Water Rafting 50 per person based on a minimum group of 6 Up to 30 participants can really take control of the course and throw themselves at the mercy of the waves. Soak in the fury and madness of the rapids as you manoeuvre your way around the boulder-strewn waters and attempt to negotiate one of the steepest drops in the country. After a few runs and professional tuition from one of our qualified instructors, why not finish off your day with a head to head timed challenge against your fellow group members? ACTIVITIES 11.

After passing beneath the monumental Transporter Bridge and embracing the vast beyond of the open seas, you are sure to return with your hair well and truly ruffled! This breathtaking journey guarantees a truly unique glimpse of the sights and sounds of Teesside. ACTIVITIES 12.

13 MILITARY FITNESS 35 per person based on a minimum group of 6 and a maximum of 30 Unleash your competitive edge with a host of landbased Military style fitness activities. You will push your physical and mental capabilities to the limit as you set your wits against your rival team members. Choose our hard-hitting Ironman event and see who comes out on top! The military instructors will guide you towards what you are looking to achieve from the day. ACTIVITIES 13.

14 BELLBOATING 35 per person based on a minimum group of 6 This activity emphasises planning, communication, leadership and team work skills. Using only a whistle your team will work together to negotiate a flat water course and make their way through the darkness. This activity guarantees entertainment but is also a true test of trust and understanding. As well as having lots of fun participants will use skills applicable to the work place and real life. 15 RAFT Building 35 per person based on a minimum group of 6 From the initial concept, design and construction, it will be up to you and your team to construct a working raft using only the most basic of materials. The durability of your trusty vessel will be tested in a number of amusing and competitive challenges, as will your engineering and teamwork skills. This event is guaranteed to provide endless entertainment and some truly memorable moments! ACTIVITIES 15.

Improvised Raft Building/ Bellboat Challenge (Min 12 persons) The ultimate team building day, work together to build a working raft and lead your team through the darkness in the bellboat challenge.
