2 Islay Malts Ardbeg 10 yr 4.80 Peaty nose burnt wood and citrusy pear flavours. Powerful whisky from a Bourbon barrel. Ardbeg Uigeadail 6.90 Bourbon and Sherry casks marry together creating a well-rounded dram with caramel and toffee flavours. Ardbeg Galileo Ardbeg Serendibity 12yr Ardbeg Blasda 7.80 Least peaty of the Ardbeg range, Blasda is light and floral yet perfectly balanced, still capturing Islay s fine elements. Ardbeg Corryvreckan 9.20 Matured in Bourbon barrels and new French oak casks. Rich and oily it still contains the Smoky peat flavours as well as Christmas spice. Ardbeg Still Young (8yr) Wood smoke and fruity notes combine with peat, and create a creamy and treacly dram. Ardbeg 1974 Spirit of Scotland Slightly bitter tasting initially with notes of Islay peat, this deep amber coloured dram then continues with notes of toffee and caramel on the palate. Ardbeg 1978 Cadenheads Ardbeg Unique malt straight from a single sherry cask, and bottled at cask strength. This dram begins with a coffee liquor nose and follows with a fruity palate, with a short enjoyable finish. Bowmore Legend 5.40 On the nose a hint of peat with a splash of sea air, on the palate bold zesty lemon and honey. Bowmore 12yr 4.70 Bowmore 10yr (Tempest) 5.60 Warm amber in colour with the Bowmore peatiness and smokiness, this dram has hints of lemon, honey and chocolate. Bowmore 15yr Darkest 8.60 Full and ripe peachy nose. Well balanced, long, polished oak finish Sherry and smoke and lots of fresh fruit. Complex and stylish. Bowmore 17yr Rounded, firm, malty dram, with tightly combined flavours. Bunnahabhain 12yr 5.40

Glenlivit 18years Pure Single Malt Whisky This superb whisky was drawn from a special cask after 18 years. In this time more than a third of the contents have evaporated gone to the angels (Angles share) say the Scots. Inchmurrin Single Highland Malt 10years 5.80 Scotland finest malted barley along with supplies of fresh Highland water from Loch Lomond used in creating Inchmurrin. Subtle undertones and unique round bodied flavour. The Distillers Choice Rare Speyside Single Malt 4.80 Solid amber in colour, strong fresh barley notes, smooth and firm with an oatmeal dry finish, a very fine dram. Glenmorangie Single Highland Rare Malt Scotch Whisky A 15year casked in an American white oak barrel, previously used in making bourbon, this giving a mellowness to the sleeping spirit and allows a more delicate flavour and aroma. Glenmorangie Warehouse 3 Reserve Warehouse 3 is the oldest of our original 19 th Century warehouses. That results in an eegant whisky of great finesse with a subtle sweetness, notes of vanilla and a refreshing spiciness. Glenmorangie (Port Wood Finish) Is the colour of antique copper, golden but with a rosy hue. The malt has a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours, bitter chocolate being offset by fresh minty notes. Hints of port and walnut are also evident in the finish. Glenmorangie Madeira Wood Finish The colour of amber with a slight orange hue. The flavour is cool to the palate and spicy on the tongue, fresh and citrus as it passes but with a fiery dry finish. The wine flavours are slight and identifiable; not as sweet as sherry with a distinct tangy character. Ardmore Highland Single Malt (peated) 4.30 Full and rich, with unique Highland peat-smoke notes.
