2 COFFEE Cornish Coffee are specialists in small batch roasting right here in Cornwall, a timehonoured artisan method, which uses much smaller machines and less than 10kg of beans per roast, to ensure the utmost freshness and an even more refined taste. Roasting is when the hard work of the coffee farmer is celebrated. The farmer grows it, harvests it and ships it. 6 PA NDOR A MALTS Aberlour 10 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 The Aberlour distillery is consistently recognised in the most prestigious international whisky competitions for producing single malts of exceptional quality and depth. Balvenie 12 year old double wood Speyside 25ml 3.25 A 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Bushmills 10 year old Ireland 25ml 3.25 The distinctive Bushmills light fruity aroma travels over the lip of your tumbler to deliver 10 years of maturation mainly in bourbon seasoned barrels. That old Kentucky spirit becomes melted chocolate and honey that sits on the tongue. Cragganmore 12 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 Cragganmore is, for many, the home of the definitive Speyside malt. Hugely complex, rich with layers of flavour and a whiff of smoke in the finish. Dalwhinnie 15 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 Dalwhinnie 15 year old is a Highland malt whisky but some have argued that it should be called Speyside malt because our water source is a tributary of the river Spey, the great whisky river. Glenfiddich special reserve 12 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 Carefully matured in the finest American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks for at least 12 years. Married and mellowed in oak marrying tuns for complete harmony of aroma and flavour. Glen Grant Majors Reserve 10 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 Our 10 Year old single malt brings an added intensity to Glen Grant s familiar orchard fruits. Rich in colour, it lingers in the mouth with a soft, almond finish. Glenkinchie 12 year old Lowland 25ml 3.25 Glenkinchie is a classic lowland distillery. The local Lammermuir Hills provide the water for our distillery, producing the light, fruity, dry Edinburgh Malt. Glenlivet 12 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 Known as the single malt that started it all - The Glenlivet, with its light, subtle bouquet and a mellow, rounded flavour is a single malt whisky of great elegance. Glenmorangie 10 year old northern Highlands 25ml 3.25 Maturing for 10 years in a range of ex-bourbon casks such as our famous slow-grown and air-dried designer casks from Missouri. A mature spirit that is soft, mellow and creamy. Highland Park 12 year old Orkney 25ml 3.25 The entry level bottling from Scotland s most northerly distillery, Highland Park, aged for 12 years with plenty of citrus and green notes. Knockando 1997 Speyside 25ml 3.25 Produced in the heart of Speyside this a great example of the area s traditional style. Lagavulin 16 year old Islay South Shore 25ml 3.75 Lagavulin embodies the flavours of the island on which it sits with its rich fruit & smooth smoky flavours complimented by a good dose of Islay peat & crisp sea salt. Laphroaig 10 year old Islay South Shore 25ml 3.75 In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour Macallan Gold 10 year old Speyside 25ml 3.25 Released in late 2012 as part of a series of colour-themed bottlings introduced to replace the distillery s age-statement expressions. Monkey Shoulder Triple malt Speyside 25ml 3.25 The term monkey shoulder harks back to our whiskey making heritage, it s a reference to a condition the maltmen sometimes picked up while working long shifts. Oban 14 year old Skye 25ml 3.75 Oban 14yo is a superb, full-blooded fruity malt with a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke. Talisker 10 year old Skye 25ml 3.25 A powerful peat and sea-salt nose, smoky sweetness with malt flavours and developing warmth with a huge peppery finish, as with other members of the family. Yamazaki 12 year old Japan 25ml 3.75 Yamazaki 12 year old is a pioneering malt in Japan, for which Suntory deserve great credit. intense, confident and elegant.

7 GIN Gin is in! Interest in gin has grown hugely over the last decade with independent producers flourishing and more emphasis on artisan methods among the big distillers. We also bring you Fevertree tonic as an alternative to Schweppes a perfect pairing. Or, if Gin is not your drink of choice, why not try one of our summer drinks delicious! Williams GB Extra Dry A family distillery in Herefordshire, using infused juniper buds and berries giving a zesty citrus with warm spicy notes. Bombay Sapphire Launched in 1987 it s name recognises the popularity of Gin in India during the British Raj. The sapphire in question is the Star of Bombay and the flavouring comes from a mix of ten botanical ingredients. Gordon s First produced in 1769 by Alexander Gordon, a Londoner of Scottish descent. The special London dry gin he developed was so successful that the recipe remains unchanged to this day! Hendrick s Launched in 1999 and rapidly becoming the connoisseur s gin of choice. As well as using Juniper they also use Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add flavour. Whitley Neill Slightly softer than more traditional gins and very smooth, with rich juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exotic spices. Tarquin s Cornish Gin A contemporary take on a classic London dry, using fragrant, handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. Plymouth A unique gin produced in Plymouth since 1793 in the oldest functioning gin distillery in the country and the only gin to have Protected Designation of Origin status. Plymouth Sloe Made by steeping the finest sloes in Plymouth Gin and soft pure Dartmouth water. The winner of several awards, try this gin topped up with delicious, sparkling Prosecco or a tangy bitter lemon. Sipsmiths Established in London in 2009, the first copper pot distillery to open in London for nearly two centuries and based around a classic London dry gin recipe using ten botanicals to create its complex flavour. Tanqueray Launched in the 1830s and with a fiercely guarded secret recipe thought to contain only four botanicals. An easily drinkable gin it makes a cracking G&T!
