4 PRESENTAZIONE Presente sul mercato italiano dal 2002 sia nel settore dei cavi che delle energie rinnovabili, Coppermann ha subìto importanti cambiamenti nell ultimo anno passando da Srl a Srl a socio unico e specializzandosi prevalentemente nella fornitura di materie prime impiegate principalmente nella produzione di cavi elettrici operando da ponte di collegamento tra produttore e cliente finale. Le ormai consolidate collaborazioni con fornitori qualificati e selezionati in Italia ed Europa e la continua ricerca di nuovi partner, hanno permesso e permettono a Coppermann di fornire una vasta gamma di prodotti di alta qualità non solo ai piccoli produttori ma anche ad aziende di più importanti dimensioni. Ben inserita sul mercato italiano dove fornisce aziende tra le più grandi e conosciute del territorio, Coppermann ha ora l obiettivo di proporsi e inserirsi anche sul mercato europeo e mondiale. 2

5 INTRODUCTION Operating on the Italian market since 2002 both in the cables sectors and in the renewable energies, Coppermann went through important changes during last year passing from an Srl to an Srl with only owner, specializing itself in the supply of raw materials mainly used for the cables production and operating as a bridge between the manufacturer and the final customer. The strong and lasting cooperation with qualified and selected suppliers in Italy and Europe, allowed and keep allowing Coppermann to supply high quality products not only to small manufacturers but also to big companies. Especially introduced in the Italian market where supplies some of the most important and biggest local companies, Coppermann has the aim to enlarge is Customers portfolio even in Europe and all around the world. 3

17 Nastro di alluminio copolimero Copolymer coated aluminium tapes Nastro di alluminio ricoperto uniformemente con una pellicola di copolimero su uno o entrambi i lati. Viene usato per separare gruppi di conduttori nei cavi telefonici, per prevenire interferenze e disturbi. Il copolimero favorisce un eccellente adesione all alluminio, possiede le stesse caratteristiche del polietilene bassa densità e permette un eccellente forza di adesione a tutti i tipi di polietilene. 21 Nastro di rame copolimero Copolymer coated copper tape Nastro di rame elettrolitico rivestito con una pellicola di copolimero su uno o entrambi i lati. La pellicola di copolimero permette un eccellente adesione alla guaina di polietilene durante il processo di estrusione. 26 Nastro di polipropilene espanso Foamed polypropylene tape Il nastro di polipropilene espanso viene utilizzato per avvolgere e isolare i cavi per telecomunicazioni, trasmissione dati e nei cavi bus. Per la costante dielettrica bassa, viene utilizzato nei cavi dove è richiesta una bassa capacità ma con alta trasmissione del segnale. Il polipropilene è un nastro estruso mono orientato con densità ridotta di gas espanso e di colore bianco. Disponibile: - in rocche e pizze. Polypropylene (PP) foamed tape is used for wrapping and insulating telecommunication, data and bus cables. 27 Carta crespa Crepe paper L isolamento in carta crespa è uno dei più importanti isolamenti solidi per cavi. La carta di base ha una formazione molto uniforme e un solfato composto di pasta di legno di conifera non sbiancato al 100%. Disponibile: - in rocche e pizze. 28 Nastro in carta Kraft paper Utilizzato per prevenire l adesione di gruppi di conduttori isolati alla guaina nei cavi di potenza in PVC, PE e XLPE. Ha sostituito il comune talco in questo processo eliminandone la polvere e permettendo una sguainatura pulita e nitida dei cavi. 29 Nastri numerati Numbered tapes Nastri di PET o PP larghe 5 mm o 8 mm. Stampigliate con inchiostro nero su sfondo bianco o giallo. Utilizzato per identificare le coppie, o i gruppi di conduttori nei cavi telecomunicazione e strumentazione. Disponibile: - in rocche e pizze. 5 mm or 8 mm wide PET or PP films. It is printed in black on a white or yellow background. It is used to identify pairs, or groups of conductors in telecommunication and instrumentation cables. Available: - on pods and spools. 12.6

30 Nastro semiconduttivo Semiconductive tape Il nastro semiconduttivo viene prodotto da un tessuto non tessuto a base poliestere e trattato con materiale conduttivo. Viene utilizzato soprattutto nei cavi potenza, interposto tra il conduttore e l isolamento e tra la superficie esterna dell isolante e gli strati sovrapposti. Disponibile: - in rocche e pizze. Semiconductive tape is manufactured from polyester based non-woven fabric treated with a conductive material. It is mainly used in power cables between conductors and insulation and between insulation and above layers. Available: - on pods and spools. 31 Nastro water blocking Water blocking tape Viene utilizzato per prevenire le infiltrazioni di acqua nei cavi in fibra ottica, nei cavi telecomunicazione e potenza. I polimeri super assorbenti rendono il nastro performante non appena entrano in contatto con l acqua. Viene utilizzato per sostituire il comune riempitivo in gel nei cavi ottici. Disponibile: - in rocche e pizze. It is used to prevent water penetration into fibre optic, copper data/telecom and power cables. Super absorbent polymers gives this tape the best performance when it gets in contact with water. Water blocking tape replaces the common filling gels in fiber optic cables. 36 Nastro di mica Mica tape Preparato con materiale di micanite naturale o sintetica e con nastro in fibra di vetro assemblati tramite colla speciale al silicone. Utilizzato per fasciare il conduttore dei cavi elettrici, resiste a temperature fino a 1100 C. Disponibile: - in rocche e pizze. Manufactured from a neutral or synthetic Micanite material assembled with a glass fiber tape with a special silicon glue. It is used for wrapping the conductor in electrical cables and resists up to 1100 C. Available: - on pods and spools. 42 Copperflex COPPER-FLEX è una copertura flessibile per le bobine dei cavi utilizzata in sostituzione alla tradizionale dogatura in legno, permette di trarre vantaggi sia in termini economici che di tempo; formata da una base di poliestere nero resistente ai raggi UV sopra cui viene applicato un foglio in poliestere laminato blu resistente ai raggi UV. COPPER-FLEX deve essere avvolto intorno alla bobina e deve essere fissato applicando un nastro intorno alla bobina (preferibilmente reggia).
