5 Planning Directives/instructions/guidelines/needs come from the outer institutions (the scheme of influences ) Trans-departmental teams of consultants prepare an offer for their area (later some are allocated for part A or B of the offer) A starting point to design the educational offer is planning the number of teaching hours for each teaching area On these grounds the number and kind of forms, as well as key issues are defined (resulting from the diagnosis of teachers needs). In some areas some forms are splitted between educational levels.

14 Structure of educational offer Part A - United offer for all the regions of Mazovia Part B Special offer in particular departments Part C School councils training

15 School councils training part C of educational offer 2 4 meetings 4 hours each Topic range: upbringing, dealing with aggression, special needs, school & parents collaboration, building teacher & students relations.

16 Recruitment process The offer is made public in a form of a traditional book (for each year), booklet (monthly offer), posters, on the MSCDN website (electronic form and doc). Some forms are highlighted and announced additionally in the news section on the website and/or sent by electronic mail to schools The applicants are requested to submit an application form by fax, mail, traditional post or in person. For short forms a telephone or is sufficient. A secretary collects the applications (sometimes the consultant who is responsible for the event). Application forms can be downloaded from the MSCDN website. The applicants are informed in writing about the results of recruitment. The groups are formed and the information about participants is introduced to the database by a secretary. Fees: short forms are free, the others are payable (less than for 1 hour); teachers can apply for a compensation of the tuition fee to their schools, some local authorities have agreements with MSCDN Siedlce Department and they pay flat rate charges not the teacher in person.

17 Management A form is in care of a corresponding consultant. The consultant assigns rooms and teachers and is responsible for the form documentation, teaching aids and materials. A great support is given by administrative personnel (coping materials, printing certificates, invoices, etc). The form is evaluated, and the consultant s work is ocassionally supervised.
