Human Resources Staff Report Processing 2015-2016 ISEE Updates Idaho Users: The updates for 2015-2016 have been completed. These changes include: 1. Updates to the Custom Forms. 2. Field changes in the extract, maintenance, and export of demographics and assignments records.

1 Human Resources Staff Report Processing ISEE Updates Idaho Users: The updates for have been completed. These changes include: 1. Updates to the Custom Forms. 2. Field changes in the extract, maintenance, and export of demographics and assignments records. 3. Updates to the Import file layout to match the Assignment Export file from Student. Go to Web Human Resources > Federal/State Reporting > Idaho State Reporting > Staff Report Processing > Utilities. For the updates, you will need to run the utilities to Create Evaluation User Defined Screen and Create ISEE Program Contract Custom Form Screen. After running the Create Evaluation User Defined Screen utility, the Evaluation Information user defined screen (Human Resources > Profile > User Defined) is updated. The Evaluation Results and Student Performance fields have been removed from the user defined screen. The Professional Practice Rating and Student Achievement Rating fields have been added to the screen. NOTE: If you have converted this user defined screen to a custom form, that custom form will be updated with the utility. Revised: 07/16/2015 Page 1 of 8 Version

Go to Web Human Resources > Federal/State Reporting > Idaho State Reporting > Staff Report Processing > Utilities.

After the running the Create ISEE Program Contract Custom Form Screen utility, the ISEE Program Contact Information custom form (Web Human Resources > Employee > Custom Forms) is updated.

On the Staff Demographic Record Maintenance screen, the following fields have been removed and are no longer extracted: Local Staff ID, Name Prefix, Is Citizen, Evaluation Results, Student Performance Considered, District ID, Calculated State Salary Schedule Row, Calculated State Salary Schedule Column, Calculated State Salary Schedule Index, Funding Code 1, Percent Source 1, Funding Code 2, Percent Source 2, Funding Code 3, Percent Source 3, Fuding Code 4 and Percent Source 4.
