2 Dear seniors and Parents or Guardians, We encourage seniors to apply to each and every scholarship for which they feel qualified. Please read the directions carefully and act promptly. DIRECTIONS: Students can access the scholarship applications via the Naviance website (connection.naviance.com/tritonhsma) beginning February 12, (If a student needs log in information for the Naviance program they should see a guidance counselor as soon as possible). Most scholarship applications are in a template format on the Naviance website; therefore students can neatly type and print out their applications. (The Common Scholarship Application is to be used on the scholarships numbered 1 38 only.) Complete the Common Scholarship Application by circling the number corresponding to the scholarships to which you are applying. All other scholarships listed have their own applications and may have different deadlines. If no specific deadline is listed they are due in the Guidance Office by 2:13 pm on Wednesday, April 10, Please make sure that you sign the Authorization for Release Form to release your transcripts and/or recommendations to the scholarship committees. ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BRING ONE COPY OF THE FOLLOWING AND GUIDANCE WILL MAKE COPIES AS NECESSARY: Applications Authorization for Release Form Cover Letter Statement of Need Letter(s) of Acceptance Personal Resume SAT score report Be sure to include any specific documentation required Essays Any other required materials (i.e forms, etc) GUIDANCE WILL SUPPLY: Transcript Recommendations STUDENTS Read each description and choose scholarships you feel qualified to receive. Many forms may be found in Naviance and the Guidance Office. On Naviance, be sure to use the Scholarship List (on left), NOT the Document Library. Fill out each application thoroughly as incomplete applications are often discarded. Pay strict attention to deadline dates and requirements. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT TO BE AWARE OF DEADLINE DATES AND REQUIREMENTS OF EACH SCHOLARSHIP. Return your completed applications and your Authorization to Release form to the Guidance Office to be logged and complete your packet of required documents. Be sure to turn in all applications at least one week prior to deadlines to ensure prompt receipt to committees.

3 COMMON APPLICATION SCHOLARSHIPS ***All Applications are due April 10, 2015*** 1. BYFIELD FIRE DEPARTMENT LADIES AUXILARY This scholarship is for a senior who has resided in Byfield for at least one full year and will be awarded to a student planning to enter the allied health or fire science fields. The student must continue his/her formal education immediately after high school, but not necessarily in a four year program. Also, the student shall not be ranked in the top 10% of the class. 2. FLORENCE BURNS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a Newbury resident who will be furthering his/her education. 3. CREATIVE PLAYHOUSE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship, in memory of Rosalie Lee Jones, is to be awarded to a Triton senior pursuing an education in early childhood education. 4. STANLEY EMERSON This scholarship is for any Triton High School senior who resides in Rowley and plans to further his/her education at an accredited two or four year post high school institution. 5. DOUG FOLEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for any Triton senior who has demonstrated good citizenship, has a reasonable academic record, has earned a varsity letter, intends to pursue higher education in a college or a prep school, and plans to participate in an intercollegiate sport. 6. AMANDA ANTONIO FOOTE MEMORIAL ART SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is given in memory of Amanda Antonio Foote, Class of 1996, to a Triton High School graduate planning to attend a two or four year school majoring in visual arts. A photographic example of the student s work is required. 7. GEORGETOWN BANK SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is awarded to a graduating Triton High School senior who is planning to further his/her education specifically in the field of finance, banking, or accounting. The recipient should also demonstrate involvement in the community, be it in school, sports, volunteer programs town or regionally. 8. PAUL J. HAJJAR MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a Triton High School senior. The student must show academic achievement and/or improvements and must have been involved in athletic activities and community service (both within and outside Triton). 9. ROBERT G. HARDY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship, given by the Hardy family, is for a Triton High School graduating senior, seeking to further his/her education at a two or four year college or university. The recipient must be a resident of Rowley. 10. THE HONEY DEW DONUTS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to be awarded to a Triton High School senior who plans to attend an accredited four year college or university; maintains a B or better average, and participated in local community charitable activities. Priority is given to Honey Dew Donuts employees. 11. LADY VIKES BOOSTER CLUB SCHOLARSHIP The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide scholarship assistance to one or more graduates of Triton Regional High School who have participated in the Triton High School Girls Soccer program. An essay, What have you learned from the Triton Regional High School Girls Soccer Program both on or off the field, which you feel can apply later in life is required (500 word max and no name on the essay). 12. JOSEPH & MARIE LAPRE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

4 This scholarship, named for a long time member of the Triton High School faculty and his wife, is offered to any member of the senior class admitted to a two or four year institution of higher learning. 13. LEEWARD INDUSTRIES This scholarship is for a Triton graduate planning to further his/her education in a two or four year college or university. The student must have been involved in community service or volunteerism. A minimum requirement of 100 hours of volunteerism over their 4 years of High School and a 3.0 GPA after first semester of college. 14. DANIEL P. MADIGAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for a graduating Triton High School senior who has been admitted into an engineering program at a degree granting college. An essay is required on why the student wants to be an engineer. 15. SEAN McNEIL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Sponsored by the Class of 1988, the Sean McNeil Scholarship is for a Triton graduating senior planning to pursue his/her education in art. 16. SEAN MITCHELL DETERMINATION SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for a deserving graduating Triton High School senior who participates in Cross Country and Track & Field. 17. RUSSELL & JEANNE MURRAY SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a Triton senior from Salisbury who has been accepted to an accredited institution of higher learning or a nursing school. The school or college need not grant degrees and may be a technical school that offers certificates. Preference will be given to students who rank places them at or near the top 50% of the class and who have participated in at least two co curricular activities, one being a varsity athletic team. An essay is required detailing plans for college and future goals. 18. NEWBURY TEACHERS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a Triton High School student from Newbury who attended Newbury Elementary School. Preference will be given to students majoring in education. 19. NEWBURYPORT ROTARY SCHOLARSHIP/Norman Russell Memorial Scholarship This scholarship is available to a Triton High School senior who best exemplifies the Service Above Self motto of Rotary and who is planning to further his/her education. 20. JAMES H. & ESTHER D. PIKE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for a Triton High School senior who has been a resident of Salisbury for at least his/her senior year and plans to further his/her education. 21. PINE GROVE SCHOOL PTA SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to any graduating Triton High School senior who resided in Rowley and attended Pine Grove Elementary School. Applicants must have a good academic record, a good citizenship record and financial need. 22. DR. GARTH PITMAN SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is given to a Triton High School graduating senior who shows an outstanding proficiency for and appreciation of language and literature. 23. GORDON & MARJORIE DENSMORE SCHOLARSHIP/ROWLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE This scholarship is available to any Triton High School senior from Rowley planning to further his/her education. 24. ROWLEY HOUSE OF PIZZA SCHOLARSHIP Mr. George Dagas, owner of the Rowley House of Pizza, offers a scholarship to a student planning on continuing his/her education at a two or four year school. 25. ROWLEY POLICE ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for a Rowley senior who will be studying Criminal Justice at a two or four year accredited college or university. The student must continue their formal education immediately following high school. An essay is required explaining why they have chosen to enter the field of Criminal Justice. A financial need is also required.

5 26. GEORGE A. MASON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP/SALISBURY BASEBALL/SOFTBALL LEAGUE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a Triton High School senior boy and girl who played a minimum of three years in the Salisbury Youth Baseball/Softball League. In addition to the application, a 1 page essay is required on how playing organized sports has affected your goal. 27. SALISBURY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a Triton senior from Salisbury accepted to a two or four year college or university. The recipient must attend the Salisbury Chamber of commerce annual meeting to be held in May to accept the scholarship or that scholarship will be forfeited. 28. THE SALISBURY PTA SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is awarded annually to a Triton High School senior from Salisbury who will pursue a degree from an accredited college or post secondary institution. Applicants must have attended SES for at least one year. 29. HENRY SHELDON SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for any Triton High School senior planning to further his/her education and who has participated in track, cross country or basketball. 30. KEITH SOROKO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to be presented to a Triton High School graduate planning to attend a two or four year college or university majoring in the performing arts. 31. LORI TERRICIANO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Triton High School graduates applying for this scholarship must be admitted to, and plan to attend, a two or four year degree or non degree, post high school program. Financial need and an academic record in the average range. 32. TRITON GOLF SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to any senior planning to attend a two or four year college or university and who has participated in Varsity golf for four years. 33. THE BRIAN WOOD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP The Brian Wood Memorial Scholarship Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a Triton senior attending a two or four year college or university and is interested in marine technology, marine biology or computer sciences. The applicant should also be involved in community service. 34. TRITON YOUTH HOCKEY SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a Triton High School graduate who participated in the Triton Youth Hockey Program. An essay (250 words) on why youth sports are important to kids is required. 35. THE CARMELA ZAPALLA MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is awarded to a Triton High School graduate from Salisbury who plans to further their education and has been involved in community service 36. RUTH RAY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This award will be offered to a graduating senior from the Triton School District pursuing a visual arts degree as the primary study focus in further education. Applicant must have participated in art study at all three grade level segments (preferably a former Pine Grove student). Cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must include a portfolio of original art. 37. CIRCLE CARES INSURANCE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a deserving Triton High School senior. A one paragraph essay describing the hazards of distracted driving is required. 38. CLASS OF 2004 ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP This award will be given from the Class of This award will be given to a student who has shown continued growth and improvement over his or her high school career. Looking for a student that is not in the top 10% of the class.

DEADLINE: TBA AFSCME 2905 SCHOLARSHIP AFSCME 2095 is offering a scholarship to be awarded to a graduating high school senior whose parent, grandparent or legal guardian is an active member of AFSCME Local DEADLINE: May 8, 2015 ANNA JAQUES HOSPITAL SCHOLARSHIPS ROBERT COFFYN CLARK SCHOLARSHIPS FOLLANSBEE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS ANNA JAQUES HOSPITAL SCHOLARSHIPS ANNA JAQUES HOSPITAL AID ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIPS THE DONNA MAY WELCH AWARD GIVEN BY THE ANNA JAQUES HOSPITAL AID ASSOCIATION Five (5) scholarship programs are available through Anna Jaques Hospital for students pursuing education in the health care field which includes nursing, physical therapy, pharmacy and other health professions. Three references on AJH forms are required. DEADLINE: March 27, 2015 ANNA JAQUES HOSPITAL MEDICAL STAFF MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY CONTEST This scholarship is open to high school seniors pursuing post secondary education in the health/medical field. An essay is required. DEADLINE: TBA KAREN BADE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available to a Triton High School senior accepted at an accredited two or four year college or university. Preference will be given to National Honor Society members. THERE IS NO PAPER APPLICATION, NHS MEMBERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED. SELMA K. BARDSLEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a member of the Triton High School graduating class. The recipient must be a resident of the town of Newbury or Byfield and be a graduate of the Newbury Elementary School. An essay on someone who has inspired you and how you hope to emulate their qualities is required with the application. THE CASSIDY BROWN FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP A graduating high school senior who is a resident of Amesbury, Byfield, Groveland, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury, or West Newbury; and is entering a two or four year college or university with an intention to major in nursing, premed or another related field of study. Demonstrates a financial need. FLORENCE EVANS BUSHEE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is given in memory of Florence Evans Bushee, a philanthropist who owned a large part of Newbury, including Old Town Hill. This scholarship is for any Triton High School senior who has been accepted by a college or university. Several scholarships are available. Family financial sections (as well as a copy of the 1040 form) must be completed in order to be considered. Application available online. DEADLINE: May 1, 2015 COMMUNITY ACTION, INC SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship was created in memory of Gerald Goldman, Executive Director from The student must be from Haverhill, Amesbury, Boxford, Georgetown, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury or West Newbury. DEADLINE: May 15, 2015 CYNTHIA DUFF GOFMAN MEMORAL SCHOLARSHIP

7 This scholarship is available to any Triton High School senior who is a member of the National Honor Society and attending a four year college or university. Letters of reference needed. Essay required. FRANCIS H. DARLING MEMORIAL NATIONAL SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP The Francis H. Darling Memorial National Service Scholarship is designed to assist students who plan to further their education and serve their country through some sort of national service, whether that is military, governmental or civil. In 1000 words or less, explain what your career plans are in this area and why you would choose such a career. Essay required. NANCY DiGREZIO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP The Nancy DiGrezio Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a high school senior who lives or attends school within the YWCA Greater Newburyport's service area who is a leader and peacemaker among her or his peers; whose actions exemplify tolerance and understanding of differences; and who, by example, empowers other students to respond to acts of intolerance and discrimination. This scholarship was established in 2007 in memory of former YWCA Director Nancy DiGrezio. The application requires the submission of an application form, three essays, and the recommendation of your guidance counselor. DEADLINE: March 16, 2015 ESSEX COUNTY FRAM BUREAU SCHOLARSHIP and ESSEX COUNTY FRUIT GROWERS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP These scholarships are offered to a student or students who come from a family with agricultural or horticultural backgrounds who themselves have past experience in these fields or passion to pursue a related occupation. An essay is required for each on what makes you a good candidate for these scholarships and what impact you might have in the areas of agriculture or horticulture. MARY AND ARTHUR FERGUSON SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to be awarded to a student whose goal is to operate his/her own business and who has been accepted to a two or four year program at a technical school, college or university. Candidates will be evaluated on work history, community service initiative and contents of a brief (no more than one page) essay outlining the applicant s business plan. Although academic history will be considered, it is not the primary focus. One faculty or staff reference is required and one reference from a past or present employer. LARRY FOURNIER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for a graduating senior who has demonstrated top notch qualities of desire, dedication, character and leadership and has plans to further his or her education. Preference will be given to an ice hockey player. DEADLINE: March 1, 2015 INSTITUTION FOR SAVINGS ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Triton Regional High School ranked in the top 50 applying/accepted for admissions at an accredited college or university. The recipient will demonstrate traits consistent with the bank s vision; having a positive effect on other people or his/her community through leadership, volunteerism, innovation, service and academic achievement. DEADLINE: March 31, 2015 IPSWICH ROTARY CLUB SCHOLARSHIP The Ipswich Rotary Club will award two scholarships for one regular year to a well rounded Triton student who is a resident of Rowley to be used for continuing his/her education at a college or university, prep school, vocational/technical school or trade school. DEADLINE: TBA LABADINI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Three scholarships will be awarded to students from seven area high schools, including Triton, who will be furthering their education in a hotel, restaurant, tourist management program or culinary arts or any related field. Any business or any other degree. Important traits of the applicant include; appearance at the time of the interview, grades and attendance in high school, involvement in community and school activities, working and saving in order to defray college expenses, and knowing the importance of continuing their education. An interview will be required. DEADLINE: March 20, 2015 ESSEX COUNTY LEAGUE OR SPORTMEN S CLUBS, INC. SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to be presented to a graduate pursuing study at an accredited school/college in the fields of game biology, game management, fish biology and fish culture management and propagation, either land or marine waters,

8 forestry management and culture, conservation of forests and land, environment law enforcement or other areas of interest to the Sportsman. DEADLINE: third Friday of March JOSEPH MATTHEW LIGUORI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is available for a Triton senior who has been accepted at an accredited degree granting institution who has participated in, and made major contributions to the Triton Band and/or music and performing arts program; is a member of the National Honor Society, with proof of membership; has demonstrated outstanding character, dedication and potential. M.S.O.A. SCHOLARSHIP (Massachusetts Shellfish Offices Association) Senior high school students enrolled in a higher education Marine Biology program and that are from our district are eligible to apply. Neither need, nor high academic excellence is a criterion in the selection process. Students showing consistent interest in Marine Biology are encouraged to apply. DEADLINE: TBA MARTIN W. DUGAN This scholarship is for students who are legal residents of Newburyport, Newbury, or West Newbury who will be pursuing the studies of science, technology, law, medicine or preparation for the Roman Catholic Priesthood. DEADLINE: April 19, 2015 MASSACHUSETTS CREDIT UNION LEAGUE, INC. COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM Applicant or parent/guardian must be a member of the sponsoring credit union. Typewritten essay in 250 words or less about a person or event that has been an inspiration to you and how it has affected you and your outlook on life. DEADLINE: TBA MATTHEW J. McCARTHY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP The recipient of the scholarship will be a student who demonstrates extraordinary school spirit. They should be an integral part of multiple student activities and be well respected among both their teachers and peers. This student will be an extremely hard worker that shows a high level of dedication in both the classroom and extracurricular activities. The applicant for this award must receive a recommendation by a teacher and a peer. Send approximate GPA. They are also to construct a one page essay describing what schools spirit means to them and why they should be considered for this award. DEADLINE: TBA THE REBEKAH ASSEMBLY OF MASSACHUSETTS This scholarship is for a qualified senior who plans to further his/her education by attending a two or four year college program. DEADLINE: March 15, 2015 RICKY MONAHAN MEMORIAL FUND This scholarship will be awarded in memory of Ricky Monahan. It is available to any Triton senior who will be attending an accredited post high school institution. Preference will be given to students planning to major in medical or health science. An essay is required on why the student has chosen the medical field. JUSTIN & TYLER MUNROE SCHOLARSHIP The JTM Scholarship awards scholarships to students pursuing careers in the field of teaching, photography or music. The intent of this scholarship is to reward individuals who exemplify the traits and commitment that Justin and Tyler Munroe portrayed. This would be based on merit, good citizenship, fun and spirit. Individuals must have a strong commitment to the educational institution they are attending, a good work ethic and a passion for the career they have chosen. Accumulative GPA of 2.5 is required. Financial need is not a criterion for this award. Student who may be attending Springfield College in Springfield, MA, Dean College in Franklin, MA, or the New England School of Photography in Boston would receive priority review. MUSIC FOR MUSIC SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is named on behalf of the music performers and audiences who have raised funds to assist local students continuing toward their goal of music training or education in a music related field. It was created by the Music for Music Foundation, a group dedicated to preserving music in local schools. One scholarship will be awarded to a Triton or Newburyport student who has been accepted by any school of higher learning with a major or minor in a music related field. Essay required. 9 The Newburyport Art Association Sam Sargent Scholarship will be awarded to one Triton senior who will be a full time college student pursing a degree in the visual arts and/or art education. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 HEMPHILL FAMILY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP The Hemphill Family Foundation Scholarship will be awarded by the Newburyport Art Association to one graduating senior from a pool of area public high schools. This scholarship will be awarded to a senior that will be a full time college student pursuing a degree in the visual arts and/or art education. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 MASSART MASSACHUSETTS COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN SCHOLARSHIP The Hemphill Family NEWBURYPORT CHORAL SOCIETY BETTY GILLETTE SCHOLARSHIP The Betty Gillette Newburyport Choral Society Scholarship is offering a scholarship to a graduating high school senior who plans to major in music in college. DEADLINE: March 25, 2015 NEWBURYPORT ELKS B.P.O.E. 909 SCHOLARSHIPS This scholarship is awarded to seniors and must include an essay and two letters of recommendations. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 NORTHSHORE CHAPTER OF THE HARBORMASTER ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for students entering environmental or marine fields of study. DEADLINE: May 15, 2015 NORTH SHORE WOMEN IN BUSINESS (NSWIB) LESLEY FOX DENNY MEMORAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is in memory of Lesley Fox Denny and is offered to a graduating high school senior pursuing a college education in the field of Business or related studies. DEADLINE: February 28, 2015 SALISBURY DEMOCRATIC TOWN COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP The Salisbury Democratic Town Leadership Committee is proud to offer a leadership Scholarship to a graduating senior from Salisbury who will be attending a two or four year accredited college. Completion of an application and essay with submission to the committee is required. Finalists may be requested to participate in an interview. DEADLINE: April 1, 2015 STEPHEN PHILLIPS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP The Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund offers scholarships to students with financial need who display academic excellence, strong citizenship and character, and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to society. Applications are available online at scholarship.org. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 PUTNAM FREE SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP The Trustees of the Putnam Free School comply with guidelines of a court decree set down in An applicant must meet the following qualifications: Reside in Amesbury, Boxford, Byfield, Georgetown, Groveland, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury, Topsfield or West Newbury; acceptance as a full time student in a college or institution qualified by law to grant degrees; not over 25 years of age as of deadline in the year of application; proof of financial need (page 1 of the 1040 form); enrollment in English and/or Math in freshman year; scholarships are renewable by submitting an application each year with current information. Applications are available in the Guidance Department. RE/MAX ON THE RIVER SCHOLARSHIP RE/MAX On The River s annual scholarship will be granted to a student planning to attend a two or four year institution to further their education. They must be a student at Triton High School and have completed the necessary requirements to graduate as required by the school. Over the course of their four years in high school, he/she must have shown a commitment to giving back by involving themselves in charitable endeavors. DEADLINE: TBA ROBERTS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for a Triton senor who has been accepted at an accredited institution and is planning a career in a care giving field. 10 SALISBURY DEMOCRATIC TOWN COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP The Salisbury Democratic Town Committee is proud to offer a Leadership Scholarship to a graduating senior from Salisbury who will be attending a two or four year accredited college. An essay is required. Applications are available in the Guidance Department. DEADLINE: TBA SALISBURY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STAFF SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is awarded to a Salisbury senior planning to further his/her education. A letter is required per the application. The application will be considered incomplete if any required materials are missing. The scholarship recipient must earn at least a 2.5 GPA in their first semester of college. An official sealed transcript with first trimester grades, along with a second semester bill from the college bursar must be sent to Barbara Oswald at Salisbury Elementary School with a postmark date no later than February 28. Instructions will be enclosed in the letter given out at the Award Ceremony, but reminders will not be sent after that. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 SALISBURY LIONS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for any Salisbury senior planning to further his/her education. The applicant should be involved in extracurricular school and community activities. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 SWASEY FUND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM This scholarship is available to applicants pursuing an education in the health and allied health care field. Applicants must be residents of Newburyport, Newbury, West Newbury or Salisbury. Awards shall be granted on scholastic merit, financial need and character. DEADLINE: TBA TOPSFIELD FAIR SCHOLARSHIPS ESSEX AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is awarded annually to a well rounded student. DEADLINE: April 1, 2015 CHARLES E. LARNER FAMILY FOUNDATION This scholarship is offered for high school seniors pursuing Animal or Vegetable Plant Production. You must have worked on a farm or in that field, for at least one growing season to be eligible. Essay required. DEADLINE: April 1, 2015 TRITON DISTRICT MEMORIAL FUND This scholarship will be awarded in memory of Triton district employees who have died while in service to the Triton Regional School District. The scholarship will be awarded to three Triton seniors who have attended Triton for one full year. Selection will be on the basis of academic excellence, character, financial need and acceptance into a four year degree granting institution with the intent of going into the field of education. An essay is required describing a teacher in the district who was a role model for their decision to go into education. All required materials must be submitted for the application to be considered complete. TRITON VIKING FOOTBALL BOOSTER CLUB SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to be awarded to a graduating senior who has participated in football as a senior. The student must have one parent who actively participated in the boosters and the student must be attending a post high school program. Also required is one letter of reference from a Triton faculty or staff member and a brief essay to explain how football enriched your overall high school experience. DEADLINE: March 30, 2015 TRITON ICE HOCKEY SCHOLARSHIP To apply for this scholarship the applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria: (1) has played hockey for Triton at the JV or Varsity level all four high school years; (2) is furthering his/her education at and has been accepted at an accredited two or four year college or university. An essay is required per the application. DEADLINE: April 30, 2015 TRITON LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is for any senior member of Triton Leaders. DEADLINE: April 10, 2015 TRITON MUSIC PARENTS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to be awarded to one or more seniors who have participated in Triton Music Program and made a major contribution to the program.
