1 The primary mission of the Community Foundation of Madison and Jefferson County, Inc. is to assist donors who build an enduring source of charitable assets to benefit the Jefferson County community. Many donors have sought to achieve this goal by endowing gifts for scholarships for higher education so local students have a greater likelihood of reaching their potential.
