Employees learn all essential functions to work on transformation projects which are based on SNP Transformation Backbone. Participants will receive an overview of the topics below. SNP2[T] Implementation and set up of a transformation project 4 days Migration consultants/- staff Project managers/- staff Prerequisite SNP1 SAP application consultants with extensive knowledge of the technical implementation of at least one SAP module Basic knowledge in data migration using SAP standard tools (LSMW, batch input, etc.) The basic information for the design, configuration and implementation of projects will be taught in the SNP business transformation training. Participants will receive an overview of the topics below. SNP3[S] Split of SAP Clients 2 days Migration consultants Project manager Prerequisites SNP1, SNP2[T] SAP application consultants with extensive knowledge of the technical implementation of at least one SAP module Basic knowledge in data migration using SAP standard tools (LSMW, batch input, etc.) ABAP basics Using the SNP carve out, data can be carved out of a client in SAP systems based on the company code organizational unit and transferred to a separate system or a separate client. Participants of this training will learn the use of the unit as well as the steps to be followed. Participants will receive an overview of the topics below. SNP Dragoman 1 day (Part-)Project manager Developer manager, -staff Prerequisites Basic knowledge of SAP AG ABAP basics This training shows the use and possibilities that the SNP Dragoman offers. The participants are able to subsequently use the SNP Dragoman and save money and time on translation projects during ongoing operation. Participants will receive an overview of the topics below. This is complemented by practical Architecture of the SNP Dragoman for one system or multiple systems Explanation of the complete translation process with practical examples directly in the system Handling and ways to make translation processes simple and effective Step-by-step configuration of the SNP Dragoman Creating translation scenarios SNP Academy Traineeprogram 2014 page 10 of 11

11 2. Training execution 2.1. Training environment All classroom trainings will be conducted onsite at locations named by the customer, or at SNP headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany. The trainings will be conducted by SNP employees who have the required product knowledge and implementation experience. Training sessions will be delivered in English or German. Trainings will be conducted during regular office working days (Monday-Friday). This training offered does not replace the SAP standard training classes or any project management training Training schedule Actual training dates and locations are to be mutually agreed upon between the customer and SNP with a minimum of 21 days notice in advance. At every SNP training session a participant s registration list is handed out to be completed with the personal data and every participant s signature in order to manage the administration of the training certificates and the training billing/invoicing Training material SNP provides the training materials for each participant. The customer is not allowed to copy or reproduce the training material in hardcopy or electronic forms. SNP AG is the copyright owner of the material Certification Any person assigned to work on SNP Transformation Backbone related projects must have SNP Certification. A certification test takes place at the end of each certification training session. The certification test must be taken on SNP s online certification server. Each participant has to confirm that he executes the test on his own. If someone breaks this rule he gets no certificate and will be blocked from re-certification for at least 1 year.
