3 Step 1: Advertising vs. Marketing In Real Estate Go To the FREE Members area of the website and sign up for a FREE Membership creating your user name and password. You must be a member to unlock the training modules. Go to the FREE Members area and click the Start Here. Watch video and join the Facebook group. Click on the Advertising Vs. Marketing (FREE Members Area) under the FREE Members tab. Watch the video. Timeframe allowed for completion-1 Hour Maximum. FREE MEMBERSHIP ICANDY AGENTS ONLY
4 Step 2: Understanding Referral, Transactional, & Cold Real Estate Marketing Systems The WHY? (FREE Membership) * You must have sign up for a FREE membership to access this course if you are locked out of the content. Go to the Training tab and Click Understanding Referral, Transactional, & Cold Real Estate Marketing Systems. Watch the Introduction videos before moving forward. Click on Module 1- The Ultimate Real Estate Marketing Plan and consume entirely. Click on Module 2- Module 2-Referral & Repeat Business Marketing and consume entirely. Click on Module 3- Transactional Marketing Systems and consume entirely. Click on Module 4- Cold Marketing Systems and consume entirely. Click on the Bonus Module-How To Market Your Business On Social Media and consume entirely. Make sure you watch EVERY video in it s entirety before moving forward. Make sure you download every e-book that is available and read it in its entirety before taking the next module. DO NOT ATTEMPT ADDITIONAL COURSES UNTIL EVERY ASPECT OF THIS COURSE IS CONSUMED. IT IS LAID OUT THIS WAY FOR A REASON AND YOU WILL ONLY BE CHEATING YOURSELF. NOTE* IF you do not have the Paid membership at this point you must sign up and submit payment prior to moving forward. Timeframe allowed for completion-8 Days Maximum. Set aside 1-2 hours a day until this is completed.
5 Step 3: Building Out Your Online Framework Click on the Building Out Your Online Framework under the Training tab. Watch the video on Creating Your Bio Watch the video on Creating Your About Me Video (optional) Watch the video on Setting Up Your Trulia & Zillow Profile Watch the video on Setting Up Your Homes.com Profile Watch the video on Setting Up Your Realtor.com Profile Watch the video on Building Out Your Youtube Page Watch the video on Building Out Your Linked In Page After all videos are complete you must now fully build out each profile before moving forward. Do not move forward until all of these actions are complete. You must physically build out each of these platforms and steps before moving forward. We are building out the basics so that they are ready for your transactional marketing steps. This is very basic but very necessary. Timeframe allowed for completion-2 Days Maximum. This is very easy to do just make sure all action steps complete.
6 Relationship, Referral & Repeat Business Marketing Click Relationship, Referral, & Repeat Business Marketing under the Training Tab. Watch the introductory video.
7 Step 4: Module 1 Facebook Relationship, Referral, & Repeat Business Marketing. It is located under the "Relationship, Referral, & Repeat Business Marketing training Take Module 1- Facebook Relationship, Referral, & Repeat Business Marketing. Watch All Videos. Reposition Your Facebook profile picture Reposition Facebook Job Title Reposition Facebook Background picture Get comfortable regularly posting on Facebook Timeframe allowed for completion-1 Day Maximum. This is very easy to do just make sure all action steps complete. Make sure you understand how and what to post on Facebook and make it part of your daily life.
8 Step 5: Module 2 Relationship, Referral, & Repeat Business Marketing Watch all videos Sign up for a Bombbomb.com account using the link provided on the website. (Affiliate link) Download your list of your contacts from your service provider. If you do not have an existing list you can start from scratch. Clean up your list with Qualified Contacts only. Upload your contacts to your account. Plan your marketing schedule for the year in your calendar.. Record your first video and send out your first re- positioning to your list. Stay on schedule s a month Timeframe allowed for completion-5 Days Maximum. Follow the steps in order. Make sure your final list is filled with quality contacts only.
9 Step 6: Module 3 Direct Mail Relationship Marketing watch introduction video Watch All videos Download the CSV file from website to begin building your audience Spend 2 weeks maximum creating your direct mail audience by time blocking. Set up 1-2 hours a day and exhaust your phone contacts, contacts, and then Facebook contacts. Upload your final direct mail list into the Relationship Marketing Manager. Set up and pay for your Smartest Agent Ever campaign for your annual campaign. Keep building your direct mail list with as many qualified relationships as possible. Timeframe allowed for completion-2 weeks Maximum. Follow the steps in order. Make sure your final list is filled with quality contacts only.
10 Step 7: Module 4 Additional Referral Marketing Tricks Watch Power Team video Write down who would be in your power team that you already have an existing relationship with. Watch the Referral Acknowledgement video Download the Thanks For Your Referral letter and save on your desktop. Download the Referral Acknowledgment Checklist and save to your desktop and print out and post near your desk. Make sure you follow this process every time you get a referral going forward or it could be your last.
11 Transactional Marketing Click Seller Transactional Marketing under the Training Tab. Watch the introductory video.
12 Step 8: Module 1 Seller Transactional Marketing Systems watch introduction video Click on Module 1- Seller Transactional Marketing and watch all videos in order. Download listing presentation power point and customize it with your personal information. Save your personalized listing presentation on your desktop. Download the Seller Checklist and print out where it s visual for you. Sign up for the Relationship Marketing Manager and confirm seller checklist system in there as well. Download and personalize Seller Done Deal letter and save on your desktop. Adapt all steps into your practice and use the checklist and don t miss a beat. This is your process, which is the most important marketing tool you have in your business. Timeframe allowed for completion-4 days Maximum. Follow the steps in order.
13 Step 9: Module 2 Ultimate Listing Marketing System Watch all videos. Determine if you are doing the marketing yourself or having a marketing dude in your office. If you have a marketing dude to handle all of your listing marketing make sure to watch everything anyways to fully understand how it works. It is much easier to present in your listing presentations this way. Download and print out the listing marketing checklist (The checklist will also already be in your Relationship Marketing Manager) Determine how you will get property videos completed (if applicable) Determine what platform/software where you will be hosting your property websites on. Get familiar with that platform so you can move forward. Make sure your Youtube page is ready to go. You might want to practice optimizing your video a couple of times if you like. Familiarize yourself with Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Homes.com platforms. If you are wanting to get premiere listing packages set up (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) you should sing up for them immediately. Just Listed postcards can be ordered in your relationship marketing manager. Get familiar with how to order and send out. Post any questions here in the forums section Timeframe allowed for completion-5 days Maximum. Follow the steps in order.
14 Step 10: Module 3 Buyer Transactional Marketing Watch all videos Download buyer s consultation power point to personalize and save to desktop. Download buyer s checklist and post nearby desk area where visible. Confirm buyer checklist is in Relationship marketing Manager. Download and personalize Buyer Done Deal document and save on your desktop. Adapt all steps into your practice and use the checklist and don t miss a beat.
