8 Adding Products - Bulk Import You can manage large numbers of products by using the product import. 1. Create your catalogs and upload your images first 2. Download our import template 3. Insert your products in bulk by following the template save as a tab delimited or CSV file, and import all your products at once.

Customize your Invoices under Admin->Customize System s Designate an Order workflow under Admin->Workflows. Tick the Orders box so the workflow initiated when an Order is submitted.
