2 Psychic ability is one of the most misunderstood abilities. It s shrouded in secrecy and superstition and has silly beliefs attached to it. Although psychic ability is natural and an innate ability we all share, it does express itself in varying degrees.

5 It is highly practical to be psychic because you are given a heavenly guidance system. When you trust this system, your life works and flows. Everybody expresses their psychic abilities in varying degrees.

I want to receive inner guidance, to be able to take those short cuts you do and know if there is a traffic jam or how someone is feeling! I d love to be able to know when I meet someone if I can trust them or not!

10 We live in an intention based Universe. What you intend, you create. We live in a Universe in which we are interconnected with other people and things. We are energy. We exist in an energetic form.

11 Our energy field is connected to the entire Universe. When you set the intention to become psychic, you beam this intention out from yourself energetically. Then the Universe sets the wheels into motion so that you can attract people, situations and experiences you need to awaken your psychic ability.

12 You can do this in different ways:! Write your intent as a positive affirmation Write and hang it somewhere Pin this intention to your vision board Chant it as a mantra Affirm it to yourself during the day

13 It doesn t matter how you do it, but it does matter that you do it! Setting the intent to be psychic is the springboard for diving into the depths of your powerful psychic abilities.

14 2. Sink into the silence

15 To be able to see and sense energy fields and spirits, you need to quieten your noisy mind. A noisy mind and psychic ability are mutually exclusive. You cannot access information and receive impressions when your mind is bombarding you with thoughts.

16 You need to have a clear mind. The best way to get still is to meditate.

18 Through your senses you receive psychic impressions and information. This is the way we see, sense and interpret energy. Being psychic means we don t only see, we also can sense, taste, touch and know. It s a full-bodied sensory experience.

19 When I read people s energy fields...

20 Spend some time perceiving the world around you. What can you see, hear, taste, smell, touch? You can also heighten your senses by practicing picking up information from the world around you, or subtle energy from others.

21 Do I get any visual images? Can I hear anything? Can I sense anything?

22 How does it feel to touch? To taste? Practice heightening your senses regularly and you ll be amazed what you can pick-up from your world and other people.

23 4. Get chakras 1-5 rocking!

24 This is the natural ascension of energy. When the energy from chakra 5 raises up, it opens up chakra 6, and we naturally become psychic. This is the most important thing you can do to become psychic: get chakras 1-5 rocking!

26 However, you should only work directly on chakra 6 if chakras 1-5 are healthy, strong and balanced!

27 It can be dangerous to work directly on chakra 6 if you aren t prepared for it. Over the years, I ve had to help countless people deal with psychic meltdown. This happens when too much energy is poured into chakra 6, and chakras 1-5 aren t strong enough.
