4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Booking of Courses Delegates should book for courses by completing the Training application form. Delegates will not be booked unless the Training Application Form (See page) has been completed and submitted to the Training Office. Course Fees The course fees quoted in this brochure are based on the courses being presented at BVC-Nigeria s Offices only. Fees for in-house training will be included on a specific quote. All fees are inclusive of VAT and include all course documentation, meals and refreshments. Payment Payment for courses is to be made prior to the scheduled date of training. Cheques are to be made payable to Bureau Veritas Nigeria Limited Course Schedules Bureau Veritas Certification Nigeria reserves the right to alter the publicised syllabus and/ or timetable of any course at any time. In the event of a cancellation of a course by Bureau Veritas Certification Nigeria, liability will be limited to provision of a refund of any course fees paid. Cancellation All cancellations must be received in writing or by mail before the scheduled start of the course. Cancellations received at these various intervals may be charged at the following rates to cover expenses incurred: 1. At least 3 weeks: No charge. 2. Between 1 and 2 weeks: 30% of the total course fee. 3. Between 7 days and 1 day: 50% of the total course fee. 4. Less than 1 day: 60% of the total course fee. Failure to attend shall be subject to 60% of the total course fee being charged. Substitutions or Transfer of bookings Substitutions and Transfers of Delegates are allowed, provided that the course has not yet commenced and provided that, where pre-requisites apply, substitute delegates comply with the relevant requirements. Language All courses presented by BVC Nigeria are delivered in English. Accommodation Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the course fees and remain the responsibility of the Delegate or his /her organization. Rejection BVC Nigeria reserves the right to reject an application, or in exceptional circumstances, to request that a delegate leave a training course at a minimum of 24 hours notice if, in the opinion of the Tutor, their continuing attendance would not be in the best interest of the other delegates.
