Understand strategies and techniques for managing projects and how to apply them in real projects. Analyze project requirements using modern requirements analysis and produce scope management plan and documents. Develop project schedule and time management plans for the projects and apply schedule compressions techniques.. To learn how to use the Microsoft Project to develop the project schedule, identify the Critical path, apply leads and lags, and resources leveling. Apply cost and duration estimating techniques and will establish project budget. Monitor and control project cost and duration and forecasting project cost and duration using the Earned Value Management technique. Develop Quality management plan and learn quality management tools such as the 7 quality control tools. Participate in developing an effective communication management plans with stakeholders to satisfy their needs and expectations. Participate in developing Human Resource plans and staffing management plans and execute them to ensure successful project outcomes. Participate in developing risk management plans, identify, assess and quantify project risks and apply risk response strategies to avoid the risk or mitigate its impact or probability on project objectives or transfer it to a third party. Participate in developing procurement/purchasing management plans and execute them, and understand negotiation skills and contract management. Analysis exam questions and find the right answer. Participate in project closing processes and gathering lessons learned from each project and document them in high professionalism coping with international standards.
