Managing Your Project and Its Stakeholders 3 days/18 hours (Six 3-hour sessions) Planning Project Scope and Schedule 2 days/12 hours (Four 3-hour sessions) Managing Project Resources, Cost and Quality 3 days/18 hours (Six 3-hour sessions) Controlling Project Change and Risk 2 days/12 hours (Four 3-hour sessions) Pass a Post Course Exam Participants opting for the CEG/Duke University Project Management Certificate must pass a question multiple-choice exam after each individual course. Receive Your Project Management Certificate Upon successful completion of program requirements you will receive a letter of completion and your Project Management Certificate.
