The developed methodology has been implemented for a private auto insurance company in Iran which classified customers into... Can Organizational Structure Influence ERP Success? International Journal of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management 2015, taha mansouri, ali nabavi Implementing enterprise resource planning systems is a sophisticated, lengthy and costly process which tends to face serious failure. Though many contributing factors have been cited in the literature, the authors argue that the integrated nature of ERP systems, which generally requires an organization to adopt standardized business processes reflected in the software, is one of the key factors contributing to these failures. The integration and standardization imposed by most ERP systems may not be suitable for all types of organizational structures and it seems that some characteristics in organizational structures affect the likelihood of implementation success or failure. Based on the theory of organizational structure, this paper analyzes how the traditional variables which define a firm's organizational structure such as formalization, complexity, and centralization along with two variables of size and CIO position in an organization influence ERP projects success. The paper tests five hypotheses using a sample of 203 Iranian cases. The results show that all of the research variables on organizational structure exert a positive influence on ERP success which confirms all the research hypotheses. A practical model for ensemble estimation of QoS and QoE in VoIP services via fuzzy inference systems and fuzzy evidence theory Telecommunication Systems 2015, taha mansouri, ali nabavi, hamid ahangarban Nowadays, there is an increasing number of Voices over IP (VoIP) services offered in telecommunication networks with specific quality requirements. Such requirements impact upon both the objective quality of service (QoS) of the end-to end connection as well as the subjective quality of experience (QoE) as perceived by the end user. In this study, we have proposed an integrated QoS and QoE evaluation system based on the combination of fuzzy inference systems and fuzzy evidence theory. For quality criteria, we have used QoS as a... A Model for Assessing Business Intelligence level of Enterprise Systems IT Management Quarterly- ATU 2012 Page7

8 Most organizations still experience a lack of Business Intelligence (BI) in their decision making processes when implementing enterprise systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Consequently, a model and techniques to evaluate and assess the intelligence-level of enterprise systems can improve decision support. This paper proposes an expert tool to evaluate the BI competencies of enterprise systems, and combines a comprehensive review of recent literature with statistical methods for factor analysis. A statistical analysis has identified six factors for the evaluation model: Analytical and Intelligent Decision-support, Providing Related Experimentation and Integration with Environmental Information, Optimization and Recommended Model, Reasoning, Enhanced Decision-making Tools, and finally, Stakeholder Satisfaction. Enterprises can use this approach to evaluate, select, and buy software and systems that provide better decision support for their organizational environment, enabling them to achieve competitive advantage. The role of BPR in the realization of ERP benefits IAMS Journal 2012, Payam Hanafizadeh Implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects needs relatively high amount of investment costs. Due to the high failure rates, these projects face real challenges and risks which in case of failure, lots of expenses are imposed to organizations. Business process reengineering (BPR) is one of the most important ERP critical success factors which is not appropriately investigated and discussed in academic literature. With this in mind, this study has evaluated the effects of BPR projects on ERP systems implementation benefits' realization. The statistical analysis in this study is based on questionnaire data gathered through Iranian organizations that implemented the ERP systems. The results reveal that there is a positive relationship between implementing BPR projects and gaining more benefits from ERP systems. The Relationship Between Employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and ERP System Success Iranian Journal of Ethics in Science and Technology 2014, sara asgari The concept of organizational citizenship behavior is one of the most important organizational behavior theories which is also being considered as one of the important soft factors of ERP implementation projects.
