2 Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets VLF 550 VLF650 VLF1000 VLF1200 VLF 1500 VLF1800 Monmouth Scientific's brand new range of Vertical laminar Flow (VLF) cabinets is available in six different sizes and offers a quality that is second to none. They provide clean air to better than ISO Class 5 (Class 100) as defined in the latest British Standards BS5295. All versions are supplied complete with a visual and audible low airflow alarm to alert the user to any maintenance requirements. All cabinets are fitted with an intake filter and large capacity main HEPA filter offering % efficiency at 0.3µ. All cabinets offer a face velocity of 0.35m/s. They are manufactured with an epoxy painted steel upper frame with 6mm acrylic side walls and toughened glass protective front screen (Acrylic on the VLF550/650). Options available include a Stainless Steel worksurface, base stands, UV lights and night doors. In addition, cabinets (except VLF550/650) are fitted with a double electrical socket on the side to enable easy connection of any electrical equipment to be used in the cabinet. The six sizes available range from the compact 550mm system up to the incredibly spacious 1800mm wide system. 3 Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets HLF1200 HLF1500 HLF1800 Monmouth s range of Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets will provide protection to the working area with a parallel flow of clean HEPA filtered air through filters situated at the rear of the cabinet. Our standard HEPA filters offer % efficiency at 0.3 microns which ensures Class 10 clean air conditions. ULPA filters offer a greater degree of cleanliness (Better than Class 10) and may be fitted if required. The fans used in the Monmouth HLF range are large diameter, high performance units with variable speed. This ensures the cabinets are quiet in operation. A solid 316-grade stainless steel worksurface is provided as standard with a rolled front edge for comfort. Overhead high intensity lighting is provided as standard (>1000 LUX) to ensure even illumination of the working area. An optional UV light can be fitted along with a polycarbonate night door to prevent escape of any stray UV lighting. Also available as an option is a base stand or base trolley to sit the cabinet on. All cabinets can be installed, commissioned & validated to Class 10 conditions as required.

4 Laminar Flow Cabinets A control panel is fitted as standard on all cabinets and includes mains on/off switch, lights on/off switch and visual & audible low airflow alarm system for detailing safe operation.
