A high velocity air circulation system disperses air uniformly throughout the chamber, which ensures that all samples are exposed to the optimum temperature regardless of sample locations. 18 Description: ZHICHENG forced-air drying ovens are engineered for sterilizing, baking, drying, curing, aging or stability test purposes. They are used in a variety of applications including general lab work, electronic component testing, drying glassware, and sterilizing. The ovens were designed to provide accurate temperature uniformity with no temperature overshoot. For this purpose, each of the ovens is microprocessor controlled. The microprocessor achieves precise environmental control and features the advantage of rapid recovery after door opening. 20 Description ZHICHENG clean benches are designed for tissue culture, electronics inspection, medical device assembly and pharmacy drug preparation under ISO Class 5 (formerly Class 100) conditions to prevent airborne contaminations. They are economical, lightweight, and come in a variety of sizes. Operation During operation, room air is drawn through a pre-filter in the top of the cabinet to trap large particles. Air flows through a HEPA filter and is projected vertically over the work area. The positive pressure laminar airflow provides product protection within the work area. The HEPA-filtered air prevents contaminants from entering the work area and provides a particulate-free work environment that minimizes cross contamination. The clean air in the work area meets or exceeds ISO Standard Class 5 conditions defined per ISO Standard and Class 100 conditions as defined by Federal Standard 209E. Warning: clean benches do not provide user protection, so they should not be used in conjunction with biohazardous material, toxins or radionuclides. 23 Description: The latest Class II A2 Biological Safety Cabinets released by ZHICHENG are designed to protect personnel, product and the environment from exposure to biohazards agents of low to moderate risks that require Biosafety Level 1, 2 or 3 containment. The Cabinets provide the following three basic types of protection for work in the life science, clinical and pharmaceutical fields. Personnel protection from biohazards agents inside the cabinet Product protection to avoid contamination during experiment or process Environmental protection from contaminants contained within the cabinet The Biological Safety Cabinets incorporate a number of features include: Built-in sash position alarm that is triggered when the sash is raised above its operating height. Room air is drawn into the perforated front grille through a front access opening with carefully maintained inward airflow. Approximately 70% of the air recirculates through a supply ULPA filter and 30% exhausts through an exhaust HEPA filter. An interlocking alarm system constantly monitors the volume of air exhausted, and number of bars to indicate filter performance. Should the exhaust air volume drop below an acceptable level, an audible and visible alarm triggers, and the blower stops. Intrinsically safe negative pressure design captures any contamination, preventing its escape into the laboratory. Interlocked UV light only operates when blower and fluorescent light are off and sash is fully closed. 10 sloped, tempered safety glass sash for less glare and more comfortable viewing. One-piece, crevice-free type SUS304 stainless steel interior minimizes the potential of any leaks.
